320 Brass Rail is a spacious pool view 3 bedroom, 2 bath luxury unit in gated community. The 450 sq feet of covered balcony has a table &chairs, grill and seating area overlooking the pool. French door open to large living room with plenty of seating.
Bedroom one has king bed, attached bath and balcony access.
Bedroom two has a queen bed.
Bedroom three has two double beds.
There is a full bath and a half bath and laundry room off the hallway.
The large kitchen is fully equipped.

This gated community boast two pools and a spa hot tub. It is steps to the ocean at south bach near the pier. Walking distance to everything.

Awesome Family Memories

We stayed here over Spring Break, and this condo felt like home away from home. There is a pack n’ play for the little one, a stocked kitchen, a relaxing garden tub…all a very short walk to the beach. Shops and restaurants are also a very short walk away.

The host was amazing! Sue took us last minute when our previous reservation canceled on us at the last minute. This location is walking distance to all the great shops, restaurants & even the beach. Can’t wait to come back again!!!

Fantastic evacuation vacation

So we had to abandon our VRBO in St Augustine due to hurricane Milton. We decided to come to Tybee Island, unaware it was the annual Pirate Fest. We had a blast. The condo is fantastic. It has 3 bedrooms, large living area, a jetted bathtub, huge balcony. It’s not oceanfront, but you are literally steps from the beach. The location is great because Tybee is notorious for paid parking and you have a parking spot close to the pier. We loved it and will book here again 😊
