Beach front unit with a beautiful 8th floor southwest view over the pool and the Gulf of Mexico. Watch the waves roll in from your master bedroom or living room balcony. This completely furnished unit is located at South Seas in a quiet gated community. Accommodations include king-sized bed in master bedroom, two single beds in the second bedroom and a queen sized inflatable mattress. Amenities include a heated pool, tennis courts, boche ball, shuffleboard and an exercise room. Boat docks are also available at an additional fee. Enjoy many nearby activities swimming, shelling, golfing, bicyling, tennis, scuba diving, para sailing, jet skiing, kayaking and fine dining.

This two bedroom condo has been completely updated and offers an upscale vacation experience that will long be remembered. Kick back on the balcony with a cool drink, the views shown are what you will see. The gated complex features heated pool, tennis courts, an outstanding exercise facility and much more.

Condo was great but lack of communication on the construction that was happening all week was disappointing. Jackhammers running most of the trip and had to walk through busted up tiles to get to our door.

Great place on the beach

We really enjoyed our stay. The condo had everything we needed. The pool was right below and never too crowded. The beach was a hike but I didn't mind as it was a nice walk through the sand or through the lagoon. Easy check in. And we love Marco Island, so much to do. as it was a nice walk it was a nice walk

Great Trip

My family and I had a wonderful trip and felt very comfortable and at home! We loved that there were beach chairs, and beach toys there for us to use. We were a little taken off guard by the $100 parking tag that we had to purchase upon arrival but overall it was a lovely place to stay.

Loved every minute of it!

The location although far away from the beach and a little bit of a walk I felt like was the best location on the island. Lots of shells and secluded from the rest of the island. The only negative thing that I have to say is there was $100 fee to park which was not disclosed and when you're a family on a budget that irritated me a little bit. Overall though, amazing experience!

The view and beach are the best part of this condo complex. We have been staying on Marco Island for over 20 years now. On Monday we experienced the master bath toilet overflowing and broken. Shut off the water The guest bathroom toilet wouldn’t shut off and ran for two days. Hard to sleep with a running toilet. Owner said Wednesday was the quickest appointment Kids pulled the fire alarm on Friday morning at 5:45 am and we had to evacuate the building walking down and up 8 floors. The pool is closed more often than it’s open. I understand for lightening it should close. The risk passed on a couple of afternoons well before the closing time of at dusk. She (pool attendant) didn’t want to open it back up. Working 6 days a week , this was her day to go home early. The towels from the overflowing toilet were washed fine in the condo washers . But the dryers are awful!!!! $5.00 later and still wet. Spending time at the laundromat across the street not really part of my vacation plan. I would not stay here again. There are several other Vrbo snd resorts to choose from

Marco Island condo with beautiful beach views

This is a clean place that is well maintained and has pretty much everything you need. The beds were comfortable and the nights were nice & quiet. It's a 10 minute walk to the beach, but the walk is worth it. The resort has a nice pool and tennis & pickleball courts. We very much enjoyed our stay!

We vacationed throughout the Carribean and searched all over to find a perfect vacation spot. After searching many years, we discovered Marco Island and immediately fell in love with it. We looked at many properties on Marco Island, then chose South Seas based on the views, beach front access, boat docks, ammenities and upscale environment of the grounds and unit.

What makes this property unique

Tennis courts, pickleball courts, boche ball, shuffleboard and a quiet atmosphere in a safe gated community. Beautifull boat docks with quick access to the Gulf of Mexico. If you don't belong on the property you will not get past the guard house. Covered parking. Well kept property.
