ATTENTION: READ MESSAGE BELOW BEFORE YOU BOOK.
This condo is managed by a local rental agency (Marco Island Rental Properties) and the payment you make to VRBO is only the VRBO service fee. Once you have successfully completed the booking; you will be contacted from an MIRP rental agent for the rest of the payment. Preferred Payment method is by Check. If you would like to pay by credit card there is an extra 2.5% fee which will be added to your rental. Some extra paperwork will be emailed to you that will need to be filled out prior to arrival.

What a view from this beautifully updated 2 Bedroom condo with all new tile floor with a southern beach view. All new furniture in this condo! King Bed in the master and Bunk Bed in the Guest Bedroom(Queen and Queen) There is also a twin trundle under the bunk bed. All the rooms have access to the balcony so you can enjoy the beautiful view. All the comforts of home in this condo. Lots of amenities in the South Seas complex to include tennis, pickle ball, shuffleboard and Boat Dock rentals. Fitness room in lobby.

EXIT CLEANING FEE may increase according to length of stay.

Registration fee is $100.00 which comes with one parking pass.
If there's more than one car, each car pays $100.00. Fees are collected in the office of South Seas Tower 3.

CANCELLATIONS must be made in writing at least 60 days prior to a WEEKLY RESERVATION scheduled arrival date. If it is a MONTLY RESERVATION it is 90 days prior. Cancellations received after that date will result in forfeiture of advance payment unless the unit is rebooked. All cancellations no matter when cancelled will be charged MIRP Booking Fee.
Please be aware that If you DO NOT take the travel insurance and you get sick and cannot make your trip you will not get your money back.
We DO NOT make exceptions for COVID.

We have stayed in Marco for over 10 years. This was the first stay at this condo and it was great. The views are spectacular with white sand beaches that stretch for miles and the water is aqua blue. The west coast of Florida-specfically Marco Island - is the best place to stay.

We've rented through VRBO before and it's all nice, but Marco Island is gorgeous. Powder sugar sand beaches- very lovely area- chi chi and upscale. Lots of great places to eat-easy to get to from Fort Myers airport. Condo is lovely - way up high with magnificent views. Get up each morning sip coffee on the balcony overlooking the beach and bay. Very very pretty. We took long walks along the beach every morning. Heated swimming pool - small but nice. Condo itself is nice (a little dated-but clean and quiet) and there's easy access to what you need. The office where you pick up the keys- Marco Island Properties -very good- pleasant and an easy process. Cindy and staff- very nice. The only small issue is the actual property office at the condo- not a lot info given to us- they closed early and could have notified us the day before, not while I was on the flight in. There was a message on my phone when I landed saying I could check in earlier-so when we arrived at the condo-that office was closed and we had no info- and no one to tell us about...parking-keys-check out- ect. It was up to us to figure out a few things. But all in all a very lovely place- definitely worth a stay. Grade A.

Beautiful quiet spot on Marco

The property was beautiful and convenient. The unit was well appointed with everything you would need. The kitchen and baths were recently remodeled and were very well done. We also enjoyed the beautiful pool and fitness center! While tower 3 is oceanfront it is still about a 10 minute walk to the water, so it might be a bit far if you have very small children or trouble walking in the sand. We love to walk on the beach, so it was perfect for us. I would definitely stay here again!
