This 1st Floor property offers 4 bedrooms and 2 baths, and a sun filled floor plan that leads to a large deck, which wraps around the east and southern sides of the property. There are numerous amenities, including a spacious living & dining area, master bedroom with its own private bath, a utility room, off street parking and WIRELESS INTERNET. Spring 2023 Upgrades include: new 42 flat screen tv in the living room, all new exterior doors, freshly painted interior, new carpets in the bedrooms, new pergo flooring in the living and dining room, foyer and hallway, new cedar impression siding, new roof and new 1st floor covered outside deck. NO PETS. NO BEACH TAGS.
