NEW IN GROUND SWIMMING POOL FOR 2025! This delightful four bedroom seashore home is located within walking distance to town and the beach. Bright and spacious, the first floor has an open living room, well equipped kitchen/dining area. There is a powder room, one bedroom has a queen bed, and second bedroom has 3 twin beds. A screened in porch is a perfect spot for a morning cup of coffee. On the 2nd floor there is a bedroom with a queen bed and access to the rear deck and the master bedroom with a sitting area has a king bed also with access to the rear deck. Pack the family up and head on down, this quaint summer cottage is awaiting your arrival to make summer memories! New POOL for 2025 summer (completed 05-22-2025): Heated pool 14' x 25' 3 feet to 5 feet deep.
