THIS IS A FRIDAY TO FRIDAY RENTAL. Beautiful townhome with fabulous bay views! This three story townhome has 5 bedrooms, four and a half baths and a family room. First floor has one bedroom, family room which has a sleep sofa for additional sleeping space, deck, one full bathroom and a laundry room. The second floor features an open floor plan with a sunny and spacious living room, dining area, kitchen, one bedroom with private bathroom, a powder room and two decks. The third floor offers the master bedroom with full bath and deck and there are two additional bedrooms and one full bath off the hallway. The third floor also offers an additional washer and dryer. Hardwood floors thru out, gas fireplace, granite counter tops and an elevator which services the ground level, 2nd and 3rd floors. Plenty of off-street parking and new for 2024, a fenced in yard! Central air and lots of high-end amenities. Perfect vacation home for large families.
