Book this gorgeous Avalon property while you can! This immaculately maintained five bedroom home is great for two families or for a family with grandparents. It's perfect for 4 kids and 6 adults. This recently renovated single family home is located on a quiet, well maintained street only steps from the commercial district in Avalon! Renovated and well-appointed kitchen, huge outdoor spaces (including 10 seat outdoor dining table and fire pit!), and plenty of backyard games! Fully fenced!

The bedrooms are large with plenty of drawer and closet space so that you can unpack and enjoy living like a local during your time at the shore!

Special features include large flat screen television in family room, ROKU TVs in first floor and primary bedrooms, new steam washer and dryer, two spacious decks (with lounge furniture), back yard, outdoor shower, and a well-appointed kitchen complete with serving platters, crock pot, dutch ovens, and other cook-friendly features. Shopping, restaurants, and kids' fun are all just a few blocks away. Your morning coffee, breakfast sandwich, and delicious hoagies are only one block away at Moran's - or book a trip on the Miss Avalon only one block away!

NOTE: ONLY FULL WEEK RESERVATIONS ACCEPTED DURING THE SUMMER SEASON.

Beach tags are not included in the rental. 10 guests maximum. Families only, please. Pets can be considered for an additional fee (case by case.) Primary guests must be at least 25 years old.

NO SENIOR WEEK OR UNDERAGE RENTALS WILL BE CONSIDERED FOR ANY REASON . Weekend rentals available from September - May only. Please check availability calendar before contacting.

Nice place and a comfortable stay

Five adults spent a week at this property in mid September. The house was perfect for our needs. Comfortable and accurately described by the listing. The kitchen and fire pit were highlighits. Perhaps the only thing which would improve the experience would be partial shade on the back deck, but we just sat on the frongg deck when the sun was high in the sky.

Responsive Owner

The prior occupants did not clean the rental prior to leaving. Extra cleaning personnel were called in so we would be able to check in on a timely basis. The owner of the rental responded to all of our inquiries especially when we advised her that the air conditioning was not working. Nice quiet neighborhood convenient to the beach, shopping and restaurants. We tried to make pasta one evening but found there was only one large pot so we had to improvise. More pots would be nice.

Sweet little bungalow

Simple/nothing fancy but comfortable house, plenty big for 10 people. Great front and back decks for hanging out. About 5 blocks (easy and nice walk) to the beach and town. We greatly enjoyed out stay, it was perfect for our group!
