Elegant, updated two bedroom, two full baths condo conveniently located in Bradenton/ Sarasota on a private golf course with full club & golf privileges available. ( Membership transfer fee $400 for full golf access, $200 for social, pickle ball, tennis, bocce ball, pool, dining )
Lots of restaurants & shopping in the immediate area and many area beaches within 15 minutes drive.
Multiple pools, tennis courts and restaurant on site.
Second bedroom is set up as a den with top quality sofa sleeper for the occasional guest.
Condo has been completely updated. New kitchen, bathrooms, plank tile flooring throughout, lighting, etc.
No 'golden girls' 1970s look here.
Easy access to Interstate highway, 30 minutes to downtown Sarasota or downtown St. Pete.CHECK IN ON 1st of the month only.

Apron arrival everything was as shown in pictures. The condo was very clean. Andrew was great at communicating and there were no problems. The golf club made it even better’. We hope to be able to go back next year!!

Great condo in a wonderful community

This condo is beautiful and perfect for a couple to enjoy a relaxing stay at Tara Golf Resort and Country Club. We loved the golf course and pool, as well as happy hour at the Club and the wonderful Sunday brunch. Everyone was very friendly and welcoming. Very conveniently located off of I-75 we were able to easily visit friends at Ft Meyers and Siesta Key. Complete with granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, top grade cooking supplies, and comfortable furniture it was a place that we didn't want to leave. Very nice porch overlooking golf course. Highly recommend.

Beautiful property

This condo is top notch fabulous! Every amenity imaginable is available throughout and what a great view! The owner is so very gracious, too! We recommend this property above all!

We enjoyed our stay. The condo was perfect. Tara golf course was great. All the people we met at the pool and the golf course were all great. And the owner was very helpful and accessible.

Very enjoyable stay

The condo was very comfortable and nicely furnished. Nice location at Tara and great view of the golf course from screened in porch. I would suggest a small microwave oven, pot holders(I cook many days) and a medium size knife! Overall we had a great month! Sue and Howard Cox
