Luxury fully furnished 3 bedroom 2 bath 1st floor lake view condo located at Bridges Bay Resort, the hottest resort in the area. When open, six (6) free passes daily to the indoor & outdoor water park, best outdoor pool and swim up bar. Crazy Parrot Cantina and Bracco Waterfront Restaurant located in Resort. Huge dock system for fishing.

No worries! All the comforts of a luxury home. Granite counter tops, stainless steel appliances and microwave. Spectacular lake views, beautiful stone fireplace, flat screen TV, six panel doors, tile floor, walk in closets, huge 300 sq ft covered deck.

Master bedroom opens to the deck, has king size bed and his and her sinks. Second bedroom has queen size bed, third bedroom has queen size bed and a set of bunk beds. Living room couch has a fold out queen size bed. There is also a pack and play for your use.

Non-smoking condo.
No Pets permitted.

Very family-friendly environment. Right next to a fairly large indoor-outdoor waterpark. An added perk included six free passes. There is also a small heated outdoor pool on the property. The accommodations were clean and as stated in the description. The main-floor level condo near the entrance was very handy. Great location with a quick drive to the amusement park and eating places. Try Spudnutz for donuts and Frozen Parrot for ice cream.

This condo was perfect! Very spacious for 3 adults and 2 kids. Extremely clean, great location and the pool access was amazing. Communication with host was fantastic as well. Will definitely book this place again when we come back.

The host was very responsive and answered our questions. It was helpful that the condo was the first one on the first floor for easy access and has a nice deck. There were people using the open grassy area between the buildings to play yard games and grill. We enjoyed walking down to the dock and watching the boats go by. It was a short walk to the waterpark and we had a great time there. We had fun riding ebikes, checking out Barefoot bar, shopping (Central Emporium and Arnold's park area) and mini golfing (Treasure village and Pirate's cove), everything was easy to get to.

We enjoyed our stay at Bridges Bay. Having a baby with us, the condo had provided a pack-and-play along with a high chair for us to use. Saved us from having to pack these. The kitchen had a great assortment of tools and appliances. There were also basic condiments and spices available for us to use. The location was fantastic to the pool area and the outside deck made for a nice place to hang out in the evenings. Lee was easy to communicate and provided us with the necessary info and got back to us quickly when asked questions.

We really enjoyed our “last minute” trip to Okoboji. Lee (the host) was very communicative and we appreciated the information we received before arriving. It is a beautiful condo with a beautiful view of the lake. The community is quiet and the kids really enjoyed the water park! We will return as soon as we can for sure!!!
