POOL....POOL....POOL!!!! Newer Townhome in the 50th Street block. First floor has 2 bedrooms....a queen bedroom and a larger bedroom with a queen bed, sofa (with queen pull out) and a large TV with a gaming system for the kids. One full bath is on this floor too. 2nd Floor has the great room (living, dining room and kitchen) with sliders out to a covered deck. There is also a King bedroom master suite on this floor, with it's own private bathroom. 3rd floor has 3 more bedrooms. One is the other Master bedroom with a King bed and private deck and bathroom. The middle bedroom has 2 single beds while the last bedroom has 2 queen beds. These 2 bedrooms will share a hall bathroom. The best amenity is a private pool in the backyard. Enjoy the beach during the day and relax in by the pool at night. Call today for more info. Pool is 10' X18' Owner provided beach tags and chairs (not guaranteed) No Bikes

Perfect Place

We had a great time at the house with no issues. It held our group of 15 perfectly and was the ideal location. Would definitely stay there again.

Beautiful house great location

This house was in the perfect location. 2 blocks from the beach, beautiful inside. Everything was in working order and had tons of kitchen supplies to be able to make dinners. The deck on the main floor was great for watching sunsets and eating meals. Beds were comfortable, and washer and dryer on the 3rd floor. The only issue was the owners have a dog, which we didn't know about and several of us had allergy issues while staying at the house despite medications. Not sure if the air filters were changed recently and the floors were pretty dirty when we checked in. I would still highly recommend this house.

Lovely Shore Home

We were so pleased with this lovely home, everything was perfect as described and even better. This house was at an excellent location, walking distance to everything, short walk to beach. Pool was a bonus, especially for the grandchildren after a beach day, it was beautiful, clean and well kept. . Owner/RE agent were very responsive/available when contacted with questions and quick with solutions. Will DEFINITELY stay here again and will without a doubt recommend. Perfect for a family reunion vacation.
