About this property

PRIVATE Heated POOL!!! Endless Summer is just blocks from the beach!!

This 3BR/3BA home with private in ground pool is located on Sand Key Drive which is nestled off of the beach side of 11th street. Enjoy a nice stroll down 11th to Beach Access 1A or hop in your golf cart and be to the beach in no time at all!

Our beach home has a great open floor plan that allows everyone to gather together and enjoy each other's company without feeling crowded. No stairs or steps allow for easy access to the entire home and property. The living room has comfy couches where you can sit back and enjoy the game on the 65 inch flat screen tv.

The kitchen is spacious and has granite countertops and stainless steel appliances. The bar has seating for two and the dining table will seat up to 8. The woodlook tile and new decor throughout make this an awesome place to spend your beach vacation.

The master suite includes a king size bed and additional sleeping in the form of a queen size futon. Enjoy watching your favorite show on the 32 inch flat screen tv. There is a private bath attached with a tiled walk in shower. The 1st guest room is a second master suite that also includes a king bed, 32 in tv, and private bath with walk in shower. The 3rd bedroom is a spacious bunk room with two twin over twin bunk beds, a 32 in tv for the kids to enjoy. You will also find a common bath off of the hallway which inlcudes a tub shower combo.

One of the best features of this home is the beautiful in ground heated swimming pool out back. Spend the day relaxing in the pool or take a dip after a nice day at the beach. With the outdoor grill you can can cook up your fresh catch while the kids have a blast in the pool. During our winter months we keep our pool nice and warm for our guests, but if you like your water hot, just let us know and we can go over your options.

Guest amenities include complimentary Wi-Fi and a washer/dryer. This house has plenty of parking for at least 3 vehicles or you can even bring a boat! Sand Key Dr does allow street parking too if you have an extra car or have day visitors.

****** Please note EARLY CHECK IN requests must be submitted at least 48 hours before your day of arrival due to housekeeping schedules and are not guaranteed. If approved the cost is an extra $75 which must be paid before your check in day. Our housekeepers have very tight schedules and it is very hard for us to spring early check in requests on them same day so SAME DAY REQUESTS WILL NOT BE APPROVED!!!!******

This house is perfect !

Our family enjoyed our stay at this beautiful one story house. The private pool was a big plus ! Floats included. Check in was seamless and the kitchen was well stocked. It was great for all rooms to have their own bathroom. The air conditioning is cold ! Wonderful We hope to stay here again. It’s a true winner !

Very clean, comfortable and roomy house. One story (no stairs to climb) and no thresholds to cross (all tile flooring throughout) made it great after a long day at the beach. The pool was larger than we expected from the photos. Plenty of parking and water valves with hoses/sprayers (2 in front and 1 in backyard). We'll definitely be staying there in the future.

Great house setup for a family vacation!

We really enjoyed our stay, the master bedroom was set up great for accommodating infants and toddlers. The secondary bedrooms made the house perfect for accompanying family. Location was great, pool was very nice to have and we really enjoyed the beach and port a!

This house is everything we could have ever wanted. It's super close to the beach, clean, and comfortable. My kids had a great time swimming in the pool as well. Will definitely be booking again.

We we very pleased with our stay at Endless Summer. The house was everything we expected and more. It was very clean and beautiful. It had all the amenities you would need and beyond. The kids loved the pool very much!! It was clean and the size was perfect. The house was clise to the beach. We loved everything about this house and would definitely return in the future.

Great rental

Our family of 6 adults and 4 children rented for a beach weekend. The house was clean and spacious for all of us. It was a short drive to the beach and there was a pool for a late evening swim. We will definitely rent again!

Great Texas Vacation!

This house had a great location and was as the pictures show. The owner was quick to respond to issues and check in was easy. It was difficult to find a house without any stairs (all one level) for my elderly mother, but this house was perfect! I would stay here again and recommend it to others.

Awesome House and Location - Perfect Vacation

This was an awesome house with a great location. Needed a 1 story due to disabled Father and it worked perfectly. So many extras in the house as well. This was the perfect house which made for the perfect vacation. Definitely booking this house again and again. Will not stay any where else. The BBQ pit could do with a good clean though.

What makes this property unique

You are going to love the cute backyard and having your own PRIVATE POOL!!!! The rooms are large and everyone has space for their belongings. There are NO stairs. Family environment that is well maintained and immaculately cleaned. Our guests return annually, some more than that.
