Priv Pool, Walk to Marina + Eateries, 3 Mins to Beach | Marlin Azul by AvantStay

Glad the pool was a highlight and that being close to downtown made getting around easy. Thank you for sharing, and we would love to welcome you back.

Sun or shade by the pool means everyone gets their pick! Glad the privacy and comfy beds rounded it out. Come back anytime!

Evenings by the pool with ice cream and Tortugas just a half block away sound like a great rhythm for a stay. We're so glad the house was sparkling clean, well stocked, and easy to check into, and that the beds lived up to expectations. Thank you for the wonderful review, and we look forward to welcoming you back.

Fireworks from the front deck sound like a great way to spend an evening! Thank you for the review — we're glad the pool worked well for both the kids and the adults, and that the central location put everything within easy reach. We'd love to welcome you back anytime!

A 10/10 all around is high praise, and we're thrilled the home lived up to it. It's great to hear there was plenty of room for all eight of you, and that the location hit the mark with easy beach access and town nearby. That outdoor area with the pool tends to be where the best evenings happen, so we love that it became your gathering spot. We're glad the daily check-ins and the easy check-in and check-out made everything feel seamless from arrival to departure. Thank you for the wonderful review and the recommendation. We'd be delighted to host your group again anytime.

Thank you so much for your kind words! We’re delighted to hear that the home felt like a home away from home for you. It was a pleasure hosting you, and we’d love to welcome you back anytime.

Two years running is the kind of compliment we don't take lightly, and we're so glad this stay lived up to the first one. It sounds like the house gave both families exactly the room they needed, and we love that the pool floats, cornhole, and even a portable pickleball set all found a place in the weekend. Walking distance to ice cream and donuts is a genuine Port Aransas perk, and we appreciate you noting the drive to the beach access as well so future guests know what to expect. Thank you for the recommendation and for the kind words about our team checking in. We hope to have the opportunity to host you again next year.

Hi Michael, Thanks for letting us know! Your feedback is noted. We apologize for any disturbance caused by the neighbors' dogs and will address this issue accordingly. We appreciate your understanding and hope to host you again soon!

Thank you, Torrie, for your wonderful review! We're glad to hear you loved your time at the property and enjoyed the private pool, comfy beds, and convenient location near great restaurants. We'd love to host you again on your next visit!

Thank you for the amazing review! We’re thrilled you enjoyed the pool, the convenience of the location, and found everything clean and accessible. We’d be delighted to welcome you back anytime—10/10 guests like you are always welcome!

You're welcome, Jessica! We truly appreciate you taking the time to share your experience. It's great to know that you had a positive stay, and we can't wait to host you again soon!

We're sincerely sorry your family's stay ended the way it did; no guest should feel they need to leave a home during the night. The condition you described was treated with urgency, and the home has since been thoroughly reviewed and addressed by the team responsible for it. We also regret how long the follow-up conversation has taken, and our guest experience team has been in direct contact with you to bring it to a close. We appreciate you bringing these concerns to our attention.

Hi Clara, it's wonderful to hear that everything was good during your stay and that your grand son and daughters enjoyed the pool. Creating memorable experiences for families is what we aim for, and we're thrilled that you had a great time together. Thank you for choosing us, and we hope to host you again in the future!

Thank you for taking the time to share all of this. We're genuinely glad Marlin Azul's perfect location, clean home, and private pool made a good first impression — but you came to us for a great stay, and the refrigerator and water pressure issues clearly got in the way of that. While the quick delivery of a replacement fridge was a start, it shouldn't have fallen short on space and cooling, and the promised compressor repair never followed through — along with the en suite water pressure going unaddressed — is not the experience we want any guest to have. We've passed all of this along to our team so we can do better on the follow-through. We appreciate your honesty, and we'd welcome the chance to host you again and get it right.

Thank you for the kind words, and how wonderful that you spent your family vacation with us! We're so glad it was a great stay. We'd love to welcome you all back anytime.

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback! We're so glad the location put you close to great spots like Sip Yard and that the pool and patio area became a real highlight of your stay. We appreciate you flagging the outdoor furniture — that kind of honest feedback is genuinely helpful, and we've passed it along to our team to address. It means a lot that the home made for a great stay overall, and we would love to welcome you back anytime!

Thank you for such a detailed and thoughtful review—this is the kind of feedback that helps both us and future guests! We're so glad the property and its great location won you over, and that the pool, downstairs area, and provided beach towels and toiletries added to your stay. We really appreciate you taking the time to note the things that could be smoother, from the kitchen extras to the parking permit and a few comfort items—all of that has been shared with our team. It sounds like you made the most of your time outdoors, and we'd love the chance to welcome you back again.
