In a beautiful bourgeois stone house, in the heart of a Breton village coastal strip, beautiful apartment completely independent, non-smoking, comfortable and furnished with care, waiting for you. Walking, Pharmacy, nursing, the surrounding markets will retain your attention.
A beautiful living space with kitchen (new equipment) of 30 m2, a large quiet room with bathroom and separate toilet, airlock and laundry washing machine and dryer new, parking. All the comforts of today even on vacation !! The beaches at 5 kms, hiking trails (GR34 and 34A), 9-hole golf course with restaurant, landing stage for IRE DE BREHAT at 20 mn, PAIMPOL at 7 mn, Côtes de granit Rose at 40 mn, 2H30 by the TGV (Guingamp to 20 mn). St Brieuc 25 mn. 1h30 from RENNES, 1h30 from ST MALO. Many activities in the area will be proposed. Côtes d'Armor a jewel in Brittany.

Très bonne semaine de tourisme dans une magnifique région.

L'appartement, situé dans une maison bien rénovée, est très confortable pour un couple. La propriétaire nous a très bien reçus et a exaucé toutes nos demandes particulières. Les environs du village valent vraiment le détour : la côte est superbe, Paimpol est une belle ville, très agréable.

Die Wohnung war von Grösse und Ausstattung gut, liegt aber an einer grösseren Strasse, was uns nicht so gut gefallen hat. Vermisst haben wir auch einen Garten oder eine Terasse, um draussen sitzen zu können.

Bonjour nous sommes étonnés de l évaluation que vous avez attribuée à notre appartement. Si vous relisez notre annonce il n est pas mentionné l existence d un jardin ni d une terrasse et nous avons bien indiqué que nous étions au cœur du village. Si nous avions à la fois une terrasse et un jardin compte tenu de l emplacement et de la qualité du bâti et de l équipement nos prix seraient également plus élevés. Votre commentaire vous appartient mais il n est pas juste aux regards des critères que vous avez mis en avant.
