Experience our completely renovated and generously proportioned vacation home.
We are located just a block from the downtown Carlsbad Village and with only steps to the sandy beach/beach access. Walk to local village boutiques, cafes, restaurants, and the train station.

Your vacation home surrounds you with premium-quality finishes and furnishings at its finest, it boasts the amenities you would expect from a luxury hotel/resort, yet, you can live like a local by taking advantage of the fully equipped kitchen for cooking. This first-floor unit is in a twenty-one-unit, garden low-rise apartment building. The complex has a total of three, two-story buildings surrounded by a beautifully landscaped courtyard and grounds as well as an inviting swimming pool and BBQ area that boasts two natural gas, stainless steel BBQ grills, all of which are conveniently located at the center of the complex.

For your convenience and enjoyment, we also provide a beach wagon, beach chairs, beach umbrellas, and bodyboards.

The condo location is ideal! Especially for us as it is 1 1/2 blocks to the beach and 1 block to our daughter’s apartment and 2 blocks to the start of the village. Everything was clean and kitchen was stocked with good pots/pans and basic utensil needs. We were happy with everything except the high security deposit which takes two weeks to refund. Otherwise, excellent experience.

My daughters and I stayed there for two days. It is half a block from the beach and just a couple of blocks from Carlsbad Village- our favorite little breakfast restaurant is a block away. The condo was very clean and and comfortable! Loved it and would stay there again.

Carlsbad gem is a wonderful beachside retreat

The adorable relaxing abode is just steps from the sand and a block from downtown, the location is unbeatable. The home is beautifully renovated with nice finishes and thoughtful touches, including a fully equipped kitchen, plush king-size bed, and beach essentials like chairs and boogie boards. The private patio is great for people-watching, and a lovely landscaped courtyard with pool, and BBQ area add to the allure. High-speed Wi-Fi and Smart TVs, every comfort is considered. We had a wonderful time dining shopping, dancing, and beaching in the short time we were there. It was so nice returning to our quiet retreat just a block away from all the excitement at the Village.

winter escape

Good location in walking distance to beach and Carlsbad village. Recently renovated apartment is in good condition. Well equipped kitchen with plenty of glasses, dishes, pans, etc. Bathroom was okay, shower has good water pressure; but bathroom definitely needs some towel hangers. Furniture is older and seems to have come from an estate sale. Old sofa bed was uncomfortable as one one sidechair in the living room area. Pool area is pleasant for sitting on sunny days, though mid-60s February weather not enticing for a swim. The outdoor gas grills worked okay but appear to have not been cleaned in a very very long time. Property management responsive to questions about wi-fi and cleaning supplies.

The property is very nice. Beautiful landscaping. The interior appears to have been very recently renovated to a very nice style. The property is a short walk to the beach, and a short walk to several nice restaurants and shopping areas. Exceeded my expectations.

Great location and amenities. Only there a short time so didn’t use much of the kitchen but had everything you might need. Beach chairs, umbrella, and boogie boards were great. Probably the most comfortable sofa bed of any rental I’ve been in. Main bed also very comfortable. Air conditioning is a portable plug in unit but worked great if you point the hot exhaust out the back door. Pool was nice if you get tired of the beach. Overall great trip and would definitely stay there again.

The check-in process was well documented and went very smoothly. The unit appeared to be newly renovated with all new appliances. It has the most complete set of kitchen utensils and tools I've ever seen at a vacation rental.

Beautiful property - just a stroll to beach!

Clean and nice 1 bedroom apartment. King bed was very comfortable and Sofa bed was pretty comfy. Location was perfect. Walking distance to everything!!! We stayed in a downstairs unit and would definitely choose an upstairs unit next time. You hear every foot step. Not sure if pool was supposed to be heated or not but it was too cold to use. Overall, we had a great stay and I would return here again.
