- Living room with sofa and dining area, TV, opening onto balcony with garden furniture and sea view.
- fitted kitchen, equipped with induction hob, microwave, fridge-freezer, extractor hood, washing machine, dryer.
- Bedroom with 2 single beds pushed together (80x190) / Wardrobe.
- Shower room + [hidden]
- 1 parking space in the underground municipal car park at 100m.

Excellence de l'emplacement

A peu de distance des points forts d'Arcachon (plage, marché, front de mer, ville d'hiver, rues commerçantes) cette location convient parfaitement à un couple. La place de parking est située à proximité en sous-sol. Seul petit bémol lors de notre séjour, l'immeuble voisin qui était en construction mais cela n'aura qu'un temps ! Bref, location chaudement recommandée.
