Welcome to Sterling Reef 1207!

This condo has been updated so that it’s like brand new. Our condo is a three bedroom three bath beach 12th floor residence that sleeps 10 comfortably because all the rooms and the living area are quite large. You’ll find the balcony views of the world’s most beautiful beaches to be wonderful. We like to bring our binoculars along when we come so that we can enjoy our morning coffee while we watch the dolphins playing in the gulf. We’ve made sure that our condo is decorated for maximum comfort. We wanted to create the feel of home at the beach. We also wanted to make this a home away from home. For us and for our guests. Guest have to pay $50 per vehicle to resort.

• Dining Area comfortably seats 4 plus seating for 5 at the kitchen bar
• Kitchen has granite counter tops with a stainless steel double sink and disposal
• Fully equipped Kitchen includes microwave, toaster oven, blender, coffeemaker/KEURIG
• Master Bedroom has KING bed and a FLAT SCREEN TV, and gulf view with balcony access
• Master Bath has garden tub with shower
• 2nd MASTER has a KING bed and a FLAT SCREEN TV
• The 2nd MASTER bath has a tub with shower
• The 3rd Bedroom has a 2 full size beds and a FLATSCREEN TV
• The 3rd Bath has a shower
• There is full size washer/dryer conveniently located in the unit
• There is wireless internet access throughout the residence

Our stay was great there. The property was clean and as described. The views were amazing. Only negatives were there was only 1 elevator working during our week long stay and the security guard there is overbearing and policed our every move as if we shouldn’t be there.

We’ve stayed here a few times now and it’s still our favorite. There are some new updates - master bath, kitchen, bedrooms, and furniture throughout. The new master shower was great! The property is well maintained, parking was easy, quick beach access, and lovely views. It definitely feels like home away from home. I look forward to returning again!

It's hard to find a condo with two masters and this one was great! Great seating in the living room too. The kitchen was a little cramped, but had everything you need. We didn't cook anyway so it didn't matter. The mattresses need updating, but the furniture was very noce

Very nice condo

We had a great time and the condo was very nice and spacious. The parking was easy and always can find a spot. The only complaint is the elevators had long wait times. That is expected but was extreme a few times.
