Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
- Put used towels, sheets and pillowcases in the washer and start the wash cycle
--Leave used beds unmade
-Hand wash or load any dirty dishes in the dishwasher and start. Please do not leave dirty dishes in the sink.
-Please empty the refrigerator and freezer before leaving.
-Put all trash in the outside can.
-Ensure front and rear doors are locked.

Why they chose this property
Our family has vacationed in Brevard and the surrounding mountains for over 20 years, and in 2019 we had the opportunity to purchase this home from our relatives so we, and our extended family, could continue to enjoy it! The previous owners, my Aunt and Uncle, bought this cottage in 2007 and steadily maintained and upgraded this beautiful 1950's home over the years. We continue to update the cottage while preserving its historic feel. Our goal is to provide a warm welcoming home that anyone can enjoy as we have for many years, and many more to come.
What makes this property unique
Located minutes from Downtown Brevard, and only a brisk walk to the community library! Nearby Pisgah National Forest and Dupont State Forest offer plenty of trails for hiking, biking and equestrian use, as well as streams and waterfalls for for viewing and fishing.
