This is probably the best position on Lefkada Island, named after the Cape it sits on.
It's one of the few villas in Vassiliki, with direct waterfront access to a secluded aqua swimming bay. Surrounded by olive trees, there are stunning views of Kefallonia, Ithaca and Lefkada lighthouse.

Cape Villa offers the perfect balance...you can chill as much as you want in the luxury of the villa, or you can try one of the many activities on offer on your doorstep. World class windsurfing, scuba diving, paddle boarding, mountain biking, yoga and much more is all available just a few minutes away.

Kindly be advised that the owner of the villa has done all necessary proactive disinfestation, always in line to the environmental laws for the protection of the natural life. However the property is located within the beautiful natural surroundings and contact with insects or small animals (eg stray cats, mice, reptiles, flies, mosquitos, ants etc) cannot always be prevented.

An outstanding place to be

The house is marvellous. Located a few kilometres outside Vasiliki and very calm and remote. Easy to access. Great view on the sea from all rooms. The garden is in excellent shape and very well maintained. The quality building and its surrounding make the stay very enjoyable. The kitchen is really nicely equipped. If you are seeking for a calm and relaxing holiday and want to have high standard of housing, this is the place to be! The private access to the sea was damaged by a storm and unusable. Service reaction was prompt and quick, but couldn’t fix it within short period. Communication to Katharina and Anna was great. Both are very supportive – just ask! You’ll find many restaurants in Vasiliki, so that long driving to nice places to eat isn’t necessary- Our favourite beach was Agiofili Beach, just five minutes uphill by car!

No mention of building site next door

Unfortunately major construction activity (at least 3 JCBs and multiple stone cutters) next door created excessive noise and exhaust fumes which seriously and negatively impacted on our experience. This was not shown on publicity materials - or on Google Earth. So not exactly the tranquil experience we thought we had booked. Villas Thalassa tried their best to have the activity halted - but to no avail - and were quick to respond and helpful, sorting out compensation. Owner should not have been renting villa with the adjacent work going on.

Excellent welcome, lovely Villa, well managed gardens and pool, great snorkelling, wonderful views and star gazing. We would definitely come back! Vasiliki windy, hot, typical Greek cuisine, welcoming people, fresh and flavourful bakeries. A fantastic and relaxing holiday overall

The villa is really magnificent! Interior, views, facilities, athmosphrre...everything was perfect. It is ideal for big family as ours, especially with grown up kids who are interested in surfing as it is ideally located close to surf spot. Also it is good to share it with friends as there is plenty of space. The staff is very friendly, helpful and takes care of everything. It is very clean and very well equipped. Great experience, we are coming next summer for sure😊
