About this property

ETOILE D'ISIS, gîtes in the south of the Dordogne (Périgord Noir)

Close to the tourist highlights (Sarlat, Montpazier, Beynac, etc ..) but away from the crowds of tourists: the calm of the real holidays. Perigourdine house on 25 hectares of meadows and woods, amidst immense forests. The nearest village is VILLEFRANCHE DU PÉRIGORD, it offers 54 shops (including 2 excellent restaurants) and all services (doctors, nurses, dentist, etc ...).
The cottage includes a living / dining-room with fireplace, a kitchen of 10 m2, two bedrooms of 12 and 10 m2 with two-person beds, bathroom, separate WC, large terrace; upstairs two bedrooms, each with 2 single beds, bathroom with toilet. There are 8 people very comfortably accommodated. Possibility of 2 additional people in the sofa bed of the living room. Possibility of extra adult bed and cot. All the beds are new and of very good quality.
Air conditioning in all rooms.
Secure swimming pool open from 10am to 8pm or more on request. Nearby: municipal swimming pools, rivers with beaches, lakes, water sports centers.
Free parking. Dogs accepted without supplement but they must circulate on a leash.
In season (june-september, Christmas, Easter) rent 7 days minimum, from Saturday 16 H to Saturday 10 H. Outside these periods and depending on availability, short breaks and weekends possible

Superbe gîte, idéal pour les enfants. Calme et reposant. Propriétaires disponibles et très gentils.

Tout correspondait à nos attentes. Par contre attention car Abritel propose de prendre un forfait ménage mais il faut faire le ménage quand même. Merci abritel de rembourser cette Somme en plus de la caution. Merci Christine et Guy pour votre gentillesse et vos bons conseils pour nos activités extérieures. Nos enfants garderont un grand souvenir de leurs promenades avec vous ! Je conseille ce gîte à tous points de vue...

Très bon sejour

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour chez Guy et Christine. Très bon accueil, le gîte est vraiment calme, tout est conforme à l'annonce, très grande piscine. Le plus l'apéro dînatoire avec nos hôtes, nous l'avons vraiment beaucoup apprécié et profité de leurs conseils pour nos visites. Merci et peut être à bientôt. Guy et Christine nous ont chaleureusement accueillis dans leur grand gite avec tout ce qu'il faut pour passer un excellent séjour. Très belles vacances

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour chez Guy et sa femme, ou nous avons reçu un accueil très agréable et sympathique. De plus, ils ont été de bons conseils pour les visites et présents quand nous les sollicitions. Nous avons beaucoup visité et la région est vraiment magnifique. Le cadre du gîte est très apaisant, au calme en pleine nature. Le logement est très bien équipé et très propre. Nous avons pu longuement profiter de la piscine et du grand jardin. Nos enfants étaient ravis et garderons de bons souvenirs de ces vacances. Nous conseillons vivement ce gîte.

Du calme de l'espace et une région magnifique

Un séjour formidable au calme avec beaucoup d'espace. La région est magnifique avec beaucoup de choses à visiter. Nous avons passé un très bon séjour avec des propriétaires accueillants.
