Beautiful family home, bright and contemporary

Large single storey house, 4 bedrooms, office, 2 bathrooms ,.
Open living room with bay windows overlooking the garden. Furnishings mix of old and contemporary.
Direct opening of the kitchen onto the furnished wooden terrace and the swimming pool.
Swimming pool 3.5 x 7 meters, surrounded by a wooden barrier, sliding.
The garden is fenced, planted, not overlooked. Barbecue, plancha, ping pong table and bikes are available.
Our house is located 7 km from Bordeaux airport, 15 km from the center of Bordeaux, 40 minutes from the beaches of Lacanau Océan, Le Porge, one hour from the beaches of Arcachon Bay ...
Shops are 3 minutes walk, butcher, bakeries, fruit and vegetables, restaurants .., market on Saturday morning. We are located along the Bordeaux-Lacanau cycle path. The direct bus stop for Bordeaux is 150 meters away.
This house is our main residence, we hope that you will feel happy and relaxed there, and that you will take care of it as if it were your own house.
The house is available from July 22 to August 5

Vacances d'été en famille

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour, la maison et le jardin sont très beaux, tout l'équipement pour passer de belles vacances est présent ( vélos, baby foot, électroménager). Idéalement situé tant pour les courses du quotidien (à pieds avec de bons commercants au rendez-vous) que pour découvrir la région (40 mn de l'ocean en voiture). Nous avons suivi tous les conseils de la propriétaire pour la découverte de plages un peu plus tranquilles, mais surveillées!! La communication avant et pendant le séjour a été extrèmement facile et fluide, merci pour la disponibilité!!Bonne continuation !!!!

Nous avons eu la chance d’avoir eu une famille en or dans notre maison . Celle-ci nous a été rendue si impeccable que c’était à se demander si nos hôtes étaient venus . La famille de Marjorie s’est également très très bien occupée de notre chat , si sereine à notre retour qu’elle nous a à peine fait la fête :) ! La communication a toujours été facile et cordiale, c’était un plaisir . Nous sommes très heureux d’avoir eu la famille dans notre maison , cela a vraiment été un plaisir et une chance . Bonne continuation à toute la famille !

Séjour estival en famille

Nous avons passé d’excellentes vacances, la maison est agréable et facile à vivre et les échanges avec les propriétaires très sympathiques. La piscine et la situation idéale de Saint Médard en Jalles nous ont permis de concilier farniente et visite de la région. Une adresse à recommander !

La maison est très confortable et très bien située pour visiter les alentours. La météo n'était pas au rdv donc nous avons peu profité de la piscine car elle n'est pas chauffée. Nous avons été très bien accueillis par les propriétaires pour notre arrivée ce qui est très agréable. Nous gardons un beau souvenir de ces vacances.

Un séjour très apprécié

La maison, spacieuse et très claire, bien équipée, a de larges baies qui ouvrent sur le jardin et la piscine. Elle est bien située, proche de Bordeaux et du Médoc, à une trentaine de kilomètres de l'océan: tout a été conforme à nos attentes et aux explications de la propriétaire qui a tout mis en oeuvre pour nous accueillir chaleureusement et nous rendre le séjour des plus agréables (conseils, présence d'amis en cas de besoin, multiples attentions à notre arrivée, mise à disposition de vélos, d'un baby-foot, etc.). Une location à recommander !
