About this property

Quiet house near Disney and Paris

It is a recent house, in a quiet and family area.
The house is particularly suitable for families but I also regularly receive professionals who exhibit at the Villepinte exhibition center, located about 15 minutes away.
We are ideally located if you want to go to Disneyland, Parc Asterix and visit Paris, all within 30 minutes.
It is very well maintained, you will always find a clean house when you arrive.
It has everything you need to cook.
Children will be delighted to find toys in the house as well as a playground and a trampoline in the garden.
You can also enjoy the garden with its barbecue, table and deckchairs.
Our house has flawless comments from the competition.

Angenehmer Aufenthalt und Gastgeber

Das Haus war gut gelegen, sodass wir mit dem Auto schnell in Paris und Disney waren. Der Vermieter war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Generell hat sich der Aufenthalt gelohnt. Sas einzige was hier zu empfehlen ist, ist eine Renovierung der Möbel.

Ideaal huis voor 2 gezinnen

De woning is gemakkelijk te bereiken. Indien we vragen hadden over hoe iets werkte waren de eigenaren altijd bereikbaar en antwoorden snel. Het huis is super kind vriendelijk ingericht en geeft ruimte aan 2 gezinnen. Eveneens is het huis van alle gemakken voorzien en een hele fijne tuin met kinderspeel attributen. Ook binnen is er divers speelgoed aanwezig. Wij verbleven hier omdat we overdag naar Disney gingen, wat ook vanuit deze woning simpel te bereiken is. Maar je zou ook gewoon deze woning kunnen gebruiken om even lekker weekendje Parijs te doen of gewoon te relaxen in een andere omgeving. Eveneens is er een supermarkt praktisch op de hoek, let wel op dat deze op zondag niet open is. Het is een ruime woning. Deze woning is zeker voor herhaling vatbaar. Ik sla hem dan ook op in mijn favorieten lijst.
