Lage gut, Zustand schlecht

Der Vermieter war die ganze Zeit abwesend, nur telefonisch zu erreichen. Die Wohnung schlecht gepflegt und unzureichend geputzt. Zu wenig Handtücher. Die Bettwäsche nicht richtig frisch. In der Mitte des dreiwöchigen Aufenthalts, also Do, 20.7., habe ich das Appartment aus diesen Gründen verlassen und ein Hotel gebucht. Der Vermieter hat sich trotz telefonischer und mehrmaliger sms-Benachrichtigung auch dabei nicht blicken lassen und mich aufgefordert, den Schlüssel in der im Haus befindlichen Bäckerei abzugeben, was ich getan habe. Ich verlange das Geld für 1 Woche zurück (ein Drittel des Gesamtpreises) und fordere die Agentur auf, sich darum zu kümmern. fewo-direkt sollte dieses Objekt aus dem Programm nehmen und nicht mehr anbieten.

Très bon emplacement

Propriétaires super accueillants studio bien situé très gai de se réveiller avec la bonne odeur de pain cuit comme la boulangerie est au pied de l immeuble🙂le soucis le manque de communication avec abritel
