Bring the whole family to this unique, spacious building. With 3,500 sq/ft, 4 bedrooms, 2 baths and a vast great room includes ping-pong, darts, and an arcade machine, this rental sleeps fifteen. Ideal for groups looking to explore outdoor adventures. Skiers can access both Lookout Pass and Silver Mountain. Snowmobile and ATV access is abundant. Bikers can choose between the Route of the Hiawatha, riding lift-accessed trails at the ski resorts, and/or exploring the Trail of the Couer d’Alenes.
The ground level was once Harwoods Drug Store, in fact you can still see and feel the bow in the floor where the clerk used to stand behind the cash register. It is now a massive great room with fourteen-foot ceilings with full-height windows that parallel the street front and adjacent park. The room is illuminated with string lights that hang from the original Mullan Fire Departments extension ladder and the floor is clad with 100-year-old native hardwood. The result is a breathtaking room where friends and family can comfortably enjoy quality time with one another. Positioned near the entry area, guests can make use of a variety gear storage, shelving and hangers.
Beyond the entry, a large dining table and a cozy living area is positioned around a 70” curved television. Opposite the dining area sits a full bathroom with a washer and dryer. Above the bathroom there is a loft area with 50" smart TV and futon - perfect for kids! The fully-stocked kitchen sits adjacent to the dinning area and features a sleek island/breakfast bar with seats for four. Past the kitchen, guests can enjoy the ping pong table and a four-player arcade cabinet which is sure to keep the kids entertained! Seating along the windows provides a great atmosphere for board games, puzzles, and a morning coffee.

The second level of the unit is the sleeping quarters. Atop the stairs, guests will find more gear storage and access to a full bathroom. Enter the hall to find a bunk room with four high-end twin beds on the left and a junior master with a king bed (attached to the full bath) on the right. Continue down the hall and two more king bedrooms are revealed. At the end of the hall a den area with a thick comfortable futon, a dedicated work space and a gas fireplace that provides a warm comfortable setting to wind down after the day.

There are 4 smart TV's in the building. All have FREE Netflix and you're welcome to sign into your own streaming services. There is no cable or satellite. The living room has a 70" curved Smart TV. The loft has a 50" Smart TV. The upstairs living room has a 50" Smart TV. The master bedroom has a 50" Smart TV.

The building has FREE 1GIG FIBER Internet.

The ping pong table has 4 paddles and 6 ping pong balls.

There is a variety of games and puzzles.

The town of Mullan has one bar/restaurant - The Outlaw - Continuously voted BEST BURGERS in the Silver Valley. We also have a gas station that is stocked with staples.
