Welcome to our home!

Split to 2 floors, the apartment is furnished with modern and classy décor. On the lower level you’ll find a large living room with a fireplace and a stylish sofa set that pulls out into a sofa bed. In the next room, you’ll find the dining area with a large table. Finally, you’ll find the kitchen, fully-equipped with a dishwasher, microwave, oven, coffee machine with capsule, kettle, toaster and more.

Upstairs, you’ll find 3 bedrooms, each with a queen-sized bed already fitted with hotel quality linens to assure your comfort. Here you can also find plenty of storage space, as well as 2 bathrooms, equipped with showers and baths. Fresh towels and linen are also provided to help lighten your luggage!

A baby cot is available.

Please note that you're in a familial neighborhood, parties and noise are strictly forbidden.

## Neighborhood

Little shops and gorgeous stone houses line the streets the this lovely neighbourhood located just 10 minutes from the historical heart of Bordeaux. It is an elegant bourgeois quarter where numerous parks and gardens can be found.
A few steps away, only-10minutes from the apartment, is the historic monument of the Palais Galien, the only visible vestige of the Roman city of Burdigala today.

## Transit

From the train station, you can easily reach the apartment by taking line C then B: Gambetta stop is 10 minutes from the apartment. From the airport, line 1 drops you off at Gambetta. With the proximity of tram lines, discover very easily the districts furthest from the city center. Self-service bicycle stations are available.
By car you can park in a paying car park located on Place Gambetta.

## Notes

This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before being able to check into the flat. You can check in any time of the day as long as you respect our standard check-in time (2 PM).

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €300 smoking fee at a minimum.
Small pets are allowed for an additional fee, payable at the time of booking. Please be mindful that their presence should not disrupt future stays or disturb our neighbors. Guests are responsible for removing any pet hair from the property, and we reserve the right to charge for additional cleaning or any pet-related damage.
