 Large garden with second terrace, plancha and barbecue. Plein sud very nice, nice clear view.

A small house with its garden is located against the bottom of the house (opposite your garden and terrace) that can be occupied, which has no visibility on the pool or the garden of the rented house.

Annonce en doublon Airbnb et Abritel

Bonjour, nous étions inscrits à la base via Airbnb et 2 semaines avant notre arrivée, la propriétaire a annulé notre réservation en nous précisant quil fallait plutôt nous inscrire sur Abritel. Outre le stress provoqué par cette situation inattendue, l'accueil a été fait par le locataire du bas de la maison, avec une entrée séparée, on pensait la maison sans location. On avait reserve la maison aussi pour son côté extérieur piscine et on a découvert par message puis en réalité le jour de notre arrivée que la piscine était verte et non bleue, avec un traitement venant d'être effectué. Leau était transparente dabs un verre certes mais le fort traitement chlore pas du tout adapté à la peau incluant celle d'enfants du coup nous ne n'y sommes pas baignés. Dommage car le village est sympa, et non loin de Bayonne. Ça m'a personnellement déçu, première fois que ça m'arrive, je n'accepterai plus ce type de changements dernière minute...

Cher au vue des prestations et l’annonce enjolive la réalité

Même si l’emplacement est agréable et avons, malgré tout, passé de bonnes vacances, nous avons été très déçu par les prestations proposées qui ne correspondaient pas au descriptif de l’annonce. En particulier, il était indiqué : - 2 salles de bain Il n’y en avait qu’une. La propriétaire nous a indiqué qu’Abritel prenait en compte la douche extérieure vers la piscine comme une salle de bain (douche sans pommeau, eau froide) - autre locataire isolé de l’habitation : Il se trouve en fait au RDC de la même habitation - Ping pong : Il s’agit d’un filet décathlon que l’on place sur une mini table dans le salon - salle de fitness : C’est un vélo d’appartement cassé au niveau de la piscine. Aussi, Le lave vaisselle fonctionne mal… La propriétaire n’a pas considérée nos remarques comme justifiées. Nous attendions un geste commercial.

Maison bien équipée pour un week end en groupe !

Bon séjour dans cette maison proche de Biarritz et Bayonne ! Maison suffisamment grande pour accueillir un groupe et bien équipée ! (BBQ, plancha, piscine,...) Si je devais donner un point d'amélioration se serait : -> la chambre de plusieurs couchages dans le grenier aménagé ! Elle est moins confortable que le reste de la maison et nous n'avions pas cette information lors de la réservation. Sinon rien à redire c'était très bien !

La maison est très bien, la piscine vraiment très agréable. On est très rapidement sur l’autoroute A64, donc pratique pour rejoindre Bayonne, où les plages !

Nous avons loué la maison pour un long weekend. Tout était propre et conforme à l'annonce. La propriétaire était très réactive lorsque nous avons eu des questions ou demandes. Le seul petit point négatif pour nous a été de n'avoir que 1 salle de bain car nous étions 11. Merci pour l'accueil et le sejour dans tous les cas !! Je recommande vivement
