Decoration and Moroccan architecture neat, very calm, fenced garden and without SCREW to VIS (walls of 1m80), shaded by 11 olive trees fiftieth with private swimming pool 4.5 m X 9.5 m and basin way jacuzzi; large covered terrace, a roof terrace, 3 bedrooms, one of which in the tower (with shower room and WC) which access is independent.
All comfort, individual air conditioning in all rooms.
On the same area, hotel with 26 rooms with bar-restaurant at - 100 m. Free WIFI at the bar restaurant.
Small Moroccan grocery stores, bread, butcher and vegetables in 2 mn on foot, hypermarkets in 10 mn in car.
Consult us for departure and arrival days other than Saturday.
Welcome by the hotel, who will also be your contact on site to inform you and offer you excursions, quad bike rides, 4 X 4, maids, etc ...

Séjour très agréable
Villa très agréable et très bien entretenue.
La voiture de location est vivement conseillée car la villa est située à plus de 25 min du centre.
Naïma a su être à l’écoute tout le long de notre séjour , n’hesitez Pas à lui poser dès questions, une propriétaire en or .
L’annonce est fidèle à notre séjour

Comme indiqué dans l’annonce nous conseillons d’être véhiculé.
Pour les personnes non désireuses de louer un véhicule, une navette sera mise en place avant la fin de l'année afin de desservir l’aéroport et le centre ville depuis la villa. Pour accéder à la médina il y a parfois du trafic qui augmente le temps de trajet.
Toujours soucieuse de répondre à vos demandes.

Au sujet du personnel d’entretien, il est nécessaire de veiller à l’entretien du jardin et de la piscine pour des questions d’hygiène, de propreté, pour votre confort et celui des prochains locataires.
Le personnel a l’ordre d’arriver très tôt pour ne pas déranger les locataires.
Nous espérons vous accueillir prochainement pour un nouveau séjour.
