If you want a place convenient to amazing sunsets, dinners and of course the beach, you have chosen the right spot at the Tee Box! We pride ourselves in how meticulous our cleaning team is and we are doing our best to make sure you are comfortable at the Tee Box.
There are so many ways to enjoy the beauty of St. Simons and the rest of the Golden Isles.
Rent a bike, it’s so beautiful!
Restaurants are awesome on St. Simons so even though we have a fully stocked kitchen, definitely eat out! We have lots of ideas! Reservations are not always necessary but for something special call ahead.

The Tee Box is a beautiful condo in the most sought after building in the complex with a view of our gorgeous duck pond!
We are less than a mile from the village where you can get the best Bloody Marys and seafood on the island. Grab a bike or walk to excellent restaurants like Half Shell, Palmer's, Palm Coast, Georgia Sea Grill, Mullet Bay, Sand Castle and more! Stroll along the paths near the St. Simon's lighthouse and Pier parks and see the abundant wildlife, all within walking distance. The closest beach is less than a mile away at the King & Prince but there are several beaches to choose from, and Georgia's crown, jewel Jekyll Island, is a short drive and a must see for all travelers.
Who doesn't love a backyard pool? Steps away from our door is one of two pools in the complex. Tennis courts, fitness center and business center round out the complex amenities.
Pickleball players! The Ocean Walk tennis court is lined for Pickleball and the dedicated courts are just a short walk from Ocean Walk at Mallery Park! Our Guests don’t have to wait to play when using our own courts in Ocean Walk!

The Tee Box owners love golf and love the island and you will too! Our condo is fully stocked with all stainless appliances, updated finishes in kitchen and baths. The condo sleeps four with a king bed in master and queen bed in the second bedroom. Two full baths, wide open living room/kitchen and dining area. Views of the duck pond are available from every room. Enjoy a nightly breeze from the covered deck! Beaches are less than a mile away as are some of the island's best restaurants, bars and best of all--live music almost every weekend! Appliances include: Washer/Dryer Stove/Microwave Dishwasher Toaster Oven Coffee maker and Keurig, Cooking utensils, pots and pans, dishes Linens/towels Iron/Ironing Board, small hair dryer, Ceiling fans and keypad access so no worries with losing keys and easy late check-in. Free WIFI but enjoy the weather, leave the office at home! Note we do not have cable, WIFI ONLY! Access to all complex amenities, even a fitness center and business center. Picnic and grilling areas near pools and pond. Let us help you with golf cart rental or bike rental locations! Let us help you with golf course suggestions! Condo is a second floor unit, sorry no elevator, but all rooms are on one level.

Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Place towels and bed linens near laundry area.
Be sure to press lock when exiting

Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Do Not rinse sand off you or your pet in unit. Use outdoor shower or beach showers. Any plumbing service charges will be assessed.

The unit was very clean and beachy. It was furnished nicely with comfortable furniture and beds. It was furnished with everything we needed. Perfect getaway close to amenities

The Teebox was a comfy, very clean and perfect condo for my family. Had all the amenities needed and some. Being right next to the pool was a big plus for my kids! Short drive to beach and short walk to the pier and restaurants. Will definitely be back!

My family and I came down for The Fourth of July! It was such a beautiful, up to date condo in Ocean Walk. The location is prime here on SSI. The beaches are so close, as well as all the restaurants and amenities. We had a wonderful time!

We really enjoyed our stay. The condo had enough space for our family of four. We enjoyed being able to sit on the balcony and enjoy the pond view. We also enjoyed the many amenities the property had to offer - pool, swings, playground, etc. Location was great as it's a 15 minute walk to the village with lots of restaurants and shops.

Very nice unit. Had everything we needed. Very quiet and peaceful! Enjoyed sitting on the balcony over looking duck pond. Easy walk/bike ride to shops in town and close to restaurants. Added bonus was bagpipes show in parking lot on St Patty’s day. Highly recommend this place.

Thanks Kathleen. The condo was the perfect size for two couples. Clean, well stocked with blankets, linens and towels. Easy walk to numerous restaurants. We really enjoyed our stay. The condo is in a great location with a nice view from the balcony. We loved spending time at the pool during the evenings. There were several kids on property that our son enjoyed playing with. The workout room on property was not clean and the equipment didn't work properly, but not the owner's fault. We will definitely stay here again!

Perfect spot on the island

Perfect spot on the island... The condo does not disappoint… Is exactly as it is in the picture… Pretty views lots of space fully equipped kitchen and so much more… You’re within walking distance of town or the beach… The beach may take 15 or 20 minutes walking but only about 10 minutes on the bike… Will definitely consider renting this condo again… I come down Austin and usually stay at one of the resorts But really enjoyed staying here having my own kitchen to cook food for my family…

Mike and I are Georgia natives but we've traveled the world. We considered a lot of locations before settling on our Tee Box unit in 2019. We love coastal Georgia, golf, good restaurants, good music and of course a good time. We currently live in Central Georgia and hope to one day make St. Simons our permanent home.

Why they chose this property

We looked for several months at coastal properties in Gulf Shores, Panama City, Orange Beach, Biloxi and of course St. Simons. We have been regular visitors for many years and kept getting drawn back to properties here. We have made friends here and you will too even if you only have time to stay a long weekend. It's just that much fun. We can help you find cool things to do while you are here.

What makes this property unique

We are so convenient to everything on the island and affordable. The balcony is covered and the island breeze combined with the pond just puts you in relax mode. Who doesn't like a backyard pool? One of two complex pools is just steps away from your door, as well as tennis courts and certainly the duck pond so bring your fishing pole.
The updated fixtures, finishes and appliances are very well done and the perfect complement to a perfect location on St. Simons. You will be welcomed with a little gift from us and hope you will check in on our facebook page!
