This direct Gulf-front three-bedroom, two-bath unit has been completely renovated and is located on the top floor of the family-friendly Sand Castle I Condominium. A host of amenities make this unit a favorite of vacationers in the know! Enjoy a heated Gulf side pool and outdoor jacuzzi, private beach access, assigned parking, spectacular sunsets, and easy access to the many beachside attractions between St. Pete Beach to the south and Clearwater Beach to the north. A stay at The Sand Castle I means you won't miss a thing while enjoying gorgeous accommodations for your family!

The focal point of this lovely unit is the large balcony overlooking the beach. It will quickly become your favorite place to enjoy a private viewing of our gorgeous Gulf of Mexico sunsets, or to share breakfast before heading out to the sun and sand below. Both the living room and master bedroom share access to the balcony, which means the views are spectacular. However, guests staying in either of the other two bedrooms have gorgeous views of the intracoastal waterway. This view offers stunning sunrises, perpetual activity of boats traveling the and sparkling lights at night.

In addition to the balcony's lovely Gulf views, the master bedroom features a king bed and large flat-panel Smart TV. One of the intracoastal bedrooms features two queen beds and a large flat-panel Smart TV, while the third bedroom also has a queen bed, and a large flat-panel Smart TV.

New tile floors, a beautifully updated and fully furnished kitchen with quartz countertops and stainless steel appliances, remodeled bathrooms, new washer/dryer and comfortable modern furnishings round out the experience. The living room features a 55” flat-panel Smart TV for your video entertainment. You won't find a better place to spend your Indian Shores beachfront vacation!

Sand Castle does not allow trailer parking on site. If you have a trailer, please reserve uncovered vehicle storage from a nearby facility. Thank you.

Sun n fun vacation

Great place to stay. Didn’t speak with Kent much because it wasn’t needed. He had clear instructions and everything we needed was already taken care of. The condo was well furnished and taken care of. We would stay here again!

Everything we needed for a perfect beach stay

Beautiful condo with new updates throughout. Great location, within walking distance to so many restaurants, ice cream, shopping. We loved that the beach and pool were so close! The only downfall for us was that we were on the 10th floor, so lots of waiting for the elevator along with many other guests. We visited during peak vacation time though, so maybe this isn’t an issue outside of spring break time. Highly recommend calling ahead to rent the beach lounge chairs. This condo did have a nice stash of beach chairs and sand toys/gear that we used, but carrying them up and down was a bit cumbersome at times. Overall it was an awesome stay, would definitely come back again!

Excellent Family Vacation

Our vacation was fantastic! The location and the view were amazing ! The condo has everything you need including beach chairs, towels etc. We took our moms with us (86 & 82) it was so easy to go to and from the beach and pool. Kent was so welcoming and he was in contact with me every step of the way. He went out of his way to accommodate us due to a health issue one of my family members. It was very hard to leave but I hope to go back soon.

Great beachfront condo. Superb communication

The condo was just as shown and described. Beautiful views, convenient to everything. Had a few minor issues that were just coincidence during our stay and Kent replied immediately and handled it equally as quick. Great overall experience! Would stay again for sure.
