APRIL 4-29 AVAIL-POOL OPEN!! BCHFRONT PENTHOUSE MillionView

Gorgeous 3 bedroom upscale penthouse condo with granite kitchen, granite bathrooms and tiled throughout located in Indian Shores Beach between St. Pete Beach and Clear water Beach. Unrestricted beach views from the east, south and west. Our 7th floor - 32 foot balcony crosses the living room and master bedroom and is accessible from both areas with 3 separate glass sliders. Magnificent beach views from master bedroom, living room, dining room, and kitchen. Our 3 bedroom 2 bath penthouse not only has beautiful panoramic views but it is quiet (no footsteps overhead) - you only hear the waves.

You can watch dolphins, paddle boarders, and sailboats as you have breakfast on the balcony. Fill your day with swimming, shelling, or just relaxing in the sun. You will always have a front row seat to a magnificent sunset in your own backyard! End your day with an evening swim in the heated pool or beach.

The condo has a master suite with a king bed. The 2nd bedroom suite also has a king bed and joining bathroom that is shared. The 3rd bedroom has a bunk bed with a full size bed on the bottom, a single on top bunk and a trundle bed (easily sleeps 4) altogether the condo sleeps 8. A high end washer and dryer are also there for your convenience.

The full size granite kitchen with a view of the gulf is stocked with all that you might need including a microwave, toaster, coffee maker, blender, slow cooker. A wine cooler and wet bar for your enjoyment. The dining table seats 8.

Rose Condo is an exquisite building with 30 units in total, our unit has 2 assigned indoor parking spots for your convenience. Centrally located to great restaurants, coffee shops and pubs. A tram stops just in front of the building to shuttle you anywhere from Clear water Beach, St. John’s Pass or St. Pete Beach where you can find unique beach shops, jet-ski rentals, boat rentals, deep sea fishing or para sailing. The famous Busch Gardens/Adventure Island theme park in Tampa is only a 40 minute car trip away. Orlando theme parks are about 1 hour and a half away.

Indian Shores Paradise

We truly enjoyed our stay with our family at this Beach Paradise. The condo was perfect for our group of eight, even with our young children. (Ages 1, 4 and 6) It has unbelievably beautiful views along with gorgeous sunsets. The condo has everything that you need for your stay. We would recommend this place 100% and hope for us to stay again.

Paradise found!

This owner, Dania Garcia, is in our experience one of the best operators on VRBO. This was our second stay in Indian Shores which is a wonderful Gulf Coast jewel in itself. While we dealt with some lingering effects of Idalia in the area, Dania was pro-active and communicated well ahead of our stay to avoid problems. The condo is beautiful, well-appointed and the balcony is superb!

Great location on the beach. Nice top floor condo. Beautiful sunsets. Comfortable and spacious. Plenty of beach chairs and towels, a cooler and umbrella(s). Stainless kitchen appliances, plenty of pots, pans, dishes, glasses and silverware. Appliances starting to show their age, directions would be helpful. Granite countertops throughout. Master bathroom needs a door. Dedicated parking spaces underneath are wonderful. Host was very helpful.

This was a beautiful condo. The view of the ocean is one of a kind. There are restaurants close by, Guppy's was wonderful. Can't say enough about how wonderful this condo was, Best to take a small car as there were pillars to park between and we had a small pick up we rented and it took a lot of maneuvering to get in the spaces. Lots to do here and Dania was great to work with. Thanks for letting us stay at your condo.

The condo is in a great location, is well equipped and super nice. Everything you need to prepare meals and have a relaxing stay is provided. The garage is a little tight so leave the large vehicles at home. The only issue that we had is that the listing states there is a hot tub and a bbq grills present and there are none on the property that we could find. We enjoyed our stay, this is a nice updated condo that has nice appliances and furniture. The outdoor furniture is also top notch and we loved our coffee with a great view. The beach is nice, we saw a manater and multiple dolphins during our stay. The location is laid back but just a few minutes to the busier tourist spots. We would definitely book again if we come back to the area.

This place is absolutely beautiful & inviting! We loved the fact that the condo was roomy for everyone, included a washer & dryer, had all the cookware you would have used at home & even had stuff to take to the beach. It was so nice to be able to walk right out to the beach as well, no huffing & puffing across the road or having to pull a cooler. This place is a must to visit....

The Very Best of the FL Gulf Coast

We cannot say enough good things about our stay in the Rose! From the spacious floorplan and superb decor to the 32' balcony with spectacular gulf coast sunsets, the experience was everything we hoped for and more. If you have a chance to reserve this unit, take it! The penthouse view is amazing, the building is quiet and well-maintained inside and out. We must mention the friendly and helpful residents. Everyone we met went out of their way to make us feel welcome. And the beach! What a wonderful beach! The broad, white sand beach is so perfect that pictures do not do it justice! Thank you for a wonderful experience. We'll be back!

This property was absolutely PERFECT! Beautiful views, great location, not busy (beach or unit), and very clean,! It was nice having two king beds and the trundle/bunks beds for our boys! Loved that the unit was on the top floor! This condo had everything you could possibly want or need inside and out! It was also nice not to have to worry about beach chairs, boogie boards, or even an umbrella for the beach this condo had it all! The pool was perfect and well maintained. We saw many dolphins and even a manatee from our balcony! Dania was great to work with as well! Will definitely be renting again! Definitely a small piece of PARADISE!

Just what we needed

We absolutely loved the unit, the location and the process. First the unit is as advertised. It was clean and well supplied. The beds were comfortable, the linens were fresh and clean and the towels were great. The kitchen was well stocked with everything you need. Most of all the location was great. Right on the beach with tremendous views and amazing sunsets! We even saw the elusive green flash one evening! There was only one day the beach was crowded. There were beach chairs to use and beach towels. Everything you need. We will definitely be back.

Simply amazing vacation property on Indian Shores, FL!

The condo is super clean, everything is of a very good quality and in working condition. There was not a single thing that was missing. Beach toys and towels, clean bath towels, some cleaning supplies, spices, china, pots and pans, etc., etc. Internet was fast and kids did virtual studying without any problems. The building is very good, grounds are beautiful, the pool was clean and warm. The best part is the location - you cannot beat it! Amazing views, simply breathtaking! The rental process was simple, check in was easy, we had just one question which was answered promptly. Probably the best rental that we've had for years (and we rent vacation properties several times each year). Thank you so much for letting our family stay at your wonderful property!

Owning this condo has been a dream come true for our family as we have always vacationed along the east and west coast of FL as well as the Caribean. This is one of the best beaches and very family oriented. We spend as much time in the condo as our family obligations permit us and we hope that you will love our vacation beach condo and all this area has to offer you and your family.
