Large villa on the banks of the Lez with terrace and garden, in lush greenery and near the Méric park for a successful stay in Montpellier.

Housing

Villa of 120 m2 on 600 m2 of land with terrace. At the bottom of the garden is a portico giving you access to the banks of the lez and its mini waterfalls.
The accommodation is made up of a large living room with mezzanine opening onto the garden, a separate fitted and equipped kitchen, 3 bedrooms, one of which is a master suite with direct access to the terrace and the garden, an additional shower room.
Private outdoor parking with possibility of parking for 3 vehicles.
For your comfort sheets and towels are provided for 6 travelers.
Basis for breakfast provided: Coffee, tea and sugar.
