WELCOME TO MAZATLAN! You are going to love your vacation here. I am offering a very quiet, safe, clean, carefully sanitized, ground floor private entrance studio/apartment 5 blocks from the beach, in the Golden Zone's residential area, Las Gaviotas. You won't need a car; it's a short walk to restaurants, gym, beach, bars, pharmacy, public transportation, shops, etc. Steps from your door is regular corner market. Garage space available for a bike or motorcycle. Street parking is safe.
I actually live upstairs, happy to advise and sometimes give a ride to the super market. I speak English, Spanish and a bit of CAT. I have two indoor kitty girls so I just had to learn kitty. They are available for visiting by request only. 😺😸
