Stay was present at household. Grounds and decking needed some upgrading and upkeep needed. Fence access was difficult I had to lift fence to get into the yard. Interior of home was cute for a small house.
We absolutely loved our stay. We were within walking distance to the beach, and a short drive to all the attractions and restaurants. Hope to stay here again!
I thought this house was so cute and cozy. It felt very homey and the AC worked GREAT!! It was so hot and coming home to that amazing AC was heaven. They are window units so they were a little noisy but nothing real to complain about. I liked the white noise of them. The hot tub never did get warm and it could’ve been cleaner so we did not get in it but it did work, it just never got warm. The front gate was locked which was annoying bc we had to walk all the way around the property to throw away trash. The property manager or VRBO never sent us instructions so I was panicking but after messaging a few times I finally got a response and was able to get into the house without having to wait around. The shower was great! It’s really a house for a couple and not a new couple bc there’s no privacy lol. It’s small so everything you do in the restroom can be heard by anyone in the house. The loft was so neat but very hot during the day. It did cool off at night and we appreciated the extra fans. Overall it’s a nice place to stay. The location was great!!
This bungalow is owned by mother and daughters. We look forward to hosting you and inviting you to our cozy little getaway. We will be available as much as you would like us to be. We have created a place where you can relax and yet conveniently walk to different destinations Galveston has to offer.
Why they chose this property
You are able to take a walk to the walk to a nice cafe for breakfast down the street. This home is in the middle of the Historic East End District. You’ll be able to be present with Galveston or disappear and get away within the walls of our bungalow.
What makes this property unique
Our home has an open concept. We made great use of the space. We hope you will enjoy the hot tub out on the back patio or the outdoor shower, should you need to rinse off after a sandy day at the beach!
