This is an amazing and historic townhouse duplex with living, dining, kitchen, 1/2 bath down, and 2 bedrooms, and one bath up. Off street driveway and garage parking! It is located in the center of the City, just 6 short blocks to the Seawall, the beach, bike rentals; and 11 walking blocks to The Strand Historical District with boutiques, gift shops, restaurants, attractions and night life. Directly across the street is the Bryan Museum, which has one of the largest collections of historical artifacts relating to Texas and hosts many fun and informative events.

This place is excellent. We stayed the night before our cruise. The house was very clean and very well equipped. Felt safe while we were there as well. Super close and so easy to get to the port. We will definitely stay there again. Absolutely loved it!

Great for our stay. We did not use the kitchen, but great to have. easy check out. Having laundry available was nice. Bed was comfortable and a/c worked great for middle of July as it was hot outside and a/c was able to keep up, even up stairs.
