Amazing stay!We had a wonderful experience at this rental. The hosts were incredibly helpful and responsive, making check-in smooth and always available to answer our questions. The house itself was fantastic, and the location couldn’t have been better—easy walking distance to the beach and great restaurants. We were very happy with our stay and are already planning to come back next year. Highly recommend!

The place was clean. We never received our door code and ended up having to call the property manager in order to get in.
We were in town for our daughter's wedding, and enjoyed our stay at this home. Very easy to get to everything in town, quiet neighborhood, and comfortable beds. We would definitely stay here again!
Clean and great location. In walking distance to Pleasure Pier, and it was a walk but we walked couple times to and from the Strand . Could use some TLC/ updates but it was clean and we enjoyed our 4 nights in Galveston!!

What a great place!
The apartment was great! nice space. perfect for a weekend getaway. The beach and Pleasure Pier are within walking distance. Great accomedations

It's a nice place to stay with lots of space to move around. Parking was a little difficult and trying to get luggage past the trailer in the driveway was problematic. But, it worked for what we needed and we had a relaxing time.
We had a great time. It’s a great location. It’s a comfortable place to stay. A few amenities we would recommend are some pot holders and place mats and maybe a few coasters but other then that the house had everything we needed to have a nice weekend with my husband and 2 of our children and my mother in law. This was a great house and it met all of our need!

House was cute. Seemed like it could of been cleaned better especially in bathrooms. The listinf states 2 queen beds but there was 1 queen 1 full. Overall it worked for us and was close to the beach.
The apartment was very clean and neat. Check-in instructions were very clear and easy to understand. The area was very quiet and street parking was always available.

The perfect spot
The perfect spot....this great location provided us with a short and lovely walk to the beach and pleasure pier. We were less than 15 minutes from the marina's, because we went deep sea fishing, and we're close to great local restaurants. The location was easy to remember to get back to. It was quiet, cozy, and relaxing. It was very enjoyable and quiet. And Ericka was amazing with timely responses, very helpful, and accommodating. Would definitely recommend this place as we will be rebooking in the near future.
Property meets minimum requirements. Low water pressure, a lot of light bulbs burned out, internet and a TV but no channels, and finally a coffee maker that leaks when you use it.

We also checked the lights, and they are all working properly. We'll ensure any other concerns are resolved as well.We appreciate your review and the opportunity to address your feedback.
Nice simple and economical place with nearly everything we needed. Issues with entry were resolved by the property manager who was very friendly and helpful. A few things that would make the place better: blankets for the beds (it was chilly when we were there), patio furniture, and most importantly, more lighting in front, especially to illuminate the steps leading to units 1 and 2 (my sisters both slipped off the top step because of poor lighting).

Weekend stay
Contact person was helpful and professional. We were able to check in early. I locked myself out and someone was available immediately to send a code. The unit was clean and all listed amenities were provided. The outside of the property is run-down. The grass was tall and the patio was not clean. Trash cans were on the street in front of the house. Not a nice crib appeal. Breezeway was dirty and smelled bad. The outside was a deal breaker for me and bad smells. I would stay there again. Although it may not matter at all to some people.
had texted the property manager for the code first things in the morning before we got there, didn't receive the code until after we got there, upon arriving we quickly noticed roaches in the kitchen, and in the bathrooms & one of the bathroom smelled as if someone had used it right before we got there, texted the property manager about it and all they could say was "thanks for letting me know."all of the dishes were dirty in the cabinets, the paper towels seemed to have been drenched in water while still in the packaging so we couldnt use them. there were outlets that didnt work i had to move the microwave around just to use it.they stated we couldnt not park in the driveway yet many people came and went and used the driveway or blocked off street parking causing me to walk up the street with my 3 month old and 2 year old.on sunday the cleaning ladies arrived and sped into the driveway nearly hitting my wife and 3 month old baby with no consideration other than a mean look given to us as we left.there were roach traps surrounding the bed which does no good considering that theres already roaches in the home.the soap dispenser in the shower was empty and of no use. towels did not get cleaned or replaced for us during out 4 night stay, no broom or dustpan in sight for us to clean if we wanted to, no extra trash bags or a garbage can or instructions on where to put it at. and to top it off the bed we slept on had bedbugs.
