About this property

Family house on the shore of Lake Hourtin

The house includes a large living room opening onto a covered terrace and with open kitchen and mezzanine reading corner. The kitchen is equipped with an oven, microwave, fridge with freezer, induction hob, 12-place dishwasher, filter coffee machine and Nespresso coffee machine (plan your capsules!), a toaster and all the necessary equipment (dishes, saucepan, dishes ...)
The sleeping area is made up of 5 bedrooms: 2 with double beds (140X200) and shower-sink area, 1 bedroom with double bed (140X200), another bedroom with 2 single beds (90X190) and a last bedroom with 2 bunk beds ( 90X190). The adult bedding is new, that of the children is in very good condition. All bedrooms are fitted with cupboards. The bathroom has a double sink, a walk-in shower and WC, and separate WCs are accessible at the end of the corridor.
The tree-shaded garden will allow you to enjoy the tranquility of the place and a barbecue is at your disposal.
