This sleek and beautiful loft is just under 1,000 square feet and is situated perfectly in the heart of St. Simons Village! Enjoy the feel of sophisticated urban living at the beach in this unique, fully furnished one bedroom, 1.5 bath condo. Open floor plan with large living room for entertaining with cozy gas fireplace. Gourmet kitchen with stainless steel appliances and granite counter tops. Breakfast table seats two. Master bedroom features a private bath and walk-in closet. Up to two additional quests can spend the night on the sleeper sofa in the living room. When you are not at the beach or enjoying a walk through the village there is a flat screen TV, books, and board games located in the property for entertainment. A compact washer/dryer unit is also at your disposal. Experience island living as you enjoy your morning cup of coffee or your evening cocktail out on the private balcony overlooking the Palm Coast Coffee Parking Area. The charm of this property is completed with brick accent walls, hardwood floors throughout, and high ceilings.

Perfect Getaway!

This is a terrific property - comfortable, well-appointed and spacious. The location is just steps away from shopping and restaurants. Definitely worth a repeat visit.

Perfect St. Simons Rental

We loved our stay in this property. It could not be a better location for shopping and eating and still be close to the ocean. The condo was so comfortable - nice furniture, nice televisions, comfortable bed, beautiful decor. We loved the balcony as well. Everything was wonderful and we will return!

Very pretty and functional unit! It was very clean as well with an amble supply of towels (a peeve of mine with rentals). The bed was very comfortable and we enjoyed the lofted kitchen/living room space. Bath and half as well! The balcony was nice, view of the side street. Unfortunately it is over the garbage containers. Very quiet building in a perfect village location. We didn’t have issues, but the unit is up a decent flight of stairs.

Beautiful loft in the thick of the nightlife. Minutes from the pier, walkout straight to shopping and dining, and inlet straight to the beach. If you didn’t want to entertain the beach, in the park beside the pier is a public pool complete with an entire water play area for the littles. I stayed previously at a luxury condo and loved this location more. The loft was classy and unique with beautiful furnishings that were comfortable. The small balcony overlooked the small cafe next door which entertained my people watching tendencies. Thank you for having me!

Wonderful apartment

Cute apartment right in the middle of the main shopping, dining, and entertainment area. Because it was in the middle of the fun, the noise level disturbed us on Friday and Saturday nights. Otherwise we really enjoyed our stay. Check in and out was super easy.

Convenient to village restaurants & shops

Great location with assigned parking space. Perfect size for a couple. Unique decor. Downside was outside noise from delivery trucks, etc. Monday was karaoke night at restaurant next door so loud music went until midnight.

The place was great! Two things to note though. 1. There is a huge swarm of ground hornets right next to the parking spot. 2. In the common area, theentry way, stairs and hallway were very sand and a fair amount of debris on the ground. Easy fixes!

Nice Location

The property is cute and in a great location near the pier and restaurants- all walkable. The property needs a little updating- pillows are flat, the linens are a bit worn, needs more light in the bedroom. But overall clean and pretty well appointed. I would just be aware that the property faces a parking lot in the back of the building which wasn't clear from the pictures. Not noisy, so perhaps that is a benefit! The property management folks were wonderful. Had a problem with the TV and they were over in under 10min to help me. So really wonderful response.

Awesome getaway!

I rented this loft as a surprise for my husbands 60th birthday. We enjoyed it so much that I extended the rental for another 4 days. My husband left for work and I invited our 2 teenage boys to round out our vacation before school starts back next week. Highly recommend this place. We WILL be back 😀

Cute and close to everything!

We loved the loft. It was very clean overall, but I was disappointed with the washing machine. It had black mildew in it and I didn’t feel comfortable washing our clothes in it because it may stain them. It’s not ideal for small children since the only way up to the loft is steep stairs, but we made it work. The kids did enjoy having room to spread out in the loft versus being crammed in a hotel. That was nice. We loved the kitchen, the streaming tv, the balcony, and all of the notes left by the owner and the games. It did get pretty loud on Monday night. We thought a Monday night may be quieter since it’s not the weekend, but the night life was definitely loud that night. We would stay here again and would recommend it to our friends too!
