Excellent appartement

Nous avons passé un sejour des plus agreables. D'autant que l'appartement s'y prete idealement. Tres bien équipé, il offre tout le confort auquel aspiretout vacancier. Toutes les photos incluses dans l'annonce refletent l'exacte realité. L'emplacement de la villa dans un endroit calme et sécurisé à proximité de tous les lieux de divertissement, constitue un atout primordial dans le choix de l'offre que nous recommandons vivement à toute personne souhaitant passer d'agreable moments dans cette coquette villa d'El Kantaoui. En plus notre séjour n'aurait pu se passer dans de si bonnes conditions sans la remarquable gentillesse de Monsieur Ameur , sa discretion ainssi que sa promptitude à nous servir et faciliter notre séjour à tout moment . Qu'il trouve içi nos remerciments et notre gratitude.

Very nice house ... Quiet neighborhood ... Close to restaurant, kantaoui port and acqua palce

We stayed for few days and we had a lots of fun. The owner is very nice, the house have everything we needed from beds to pots and pans. The bed rooms has air conditions but the living room didn't have one ( it stayed cool for the most part) We were 10 minutes from everywhere: kantaoui port, the beach, acqua palce, all kind of restaurants and night life.

EXCELLENT

Notre sejours c'est tres bien passé, Mer BENCHERRADA est très agréable,accueillant, et très discret. on s'est senti comme à la maison!!!! l'apartement est très agréable, confortable, et propre surtou, tout etait à porté de main, bien équipé on avait besoin de rien. Le cartier est bien placé, pas loin du port, du parc et de la plage moi et ma famille sommes très satisfait et on recommande vivement cette location

sejour merveilleux!!!

Appartement Dans une tres belle villa spacieuse et bien equipee! Le proprio etait tres gentil et serviable, on etait pres de tout, port de plaisance, plage, PARC d'attraction, un multitude de restaurant. Merci pour proprio et sa fille! Je vous le conseille fortement!!!

emplacement idéal, joli appartment

quartier d'architecture harmonieusement agréable. emplacement idéal, très calme et pourtant à 5 minutes à pied du port. ce dernier, bien que peu peuplé en hiver, offre une jolie promenade au milieu d'innombrable cafés, restaurants et boutiques de souvenirs. à ne pas rater: acheter un bouquet de jasmins au parfum inoubliable. même en décembre, une promenade le long de la plage et la vie du grand bleu par beau temps apaise l'esprit et et ouvre des perspectives. appartement bien équippé et comfortable.

location optimale

L'Appartement est très beau, très bien situé, on ne peut mieux le décrire que l'annonce. Le port est à 3 minutes a pieds; on a passé une semaine sans avoir besoin de voiture car tout est à moins de 10 minutes de marche. La location est très propre, spacieuse et conviviale, le gérant nous a très bien reçu et on a eu la très bonne surprise de trouver des corbeilles de fruits ainsi que de menus petites choses à notre attente. Le gérant ainsi que toute sa famille sont d'une infinie gentillesse et nous ont vraiment facilité le séjour. Je recommande vivement à toute personne voulant passer de vrai vacances loin du bouhaha habituel des hôtel et des résidences car le quartier est très très calme. La location étant au centre même de Kantaoui, les restaurants, hôtels, centres de relaxations .... etc sont aux alentours pour aller à Sousse médine il suffit de prendre le train touristique dont le terminus est à 3 minutes de marche.
