Breton house entirely renovated with sea view located close to the natural site of Pointe du Raz.
A path next to the house will take you directly to the moor where you will discover the masterpiece of nature with its cliffs overlooking the ocean.

Beach (Baie des Trépassés) 800 m walk with access by trails.

Capacity: 8 people (4 bedrooms).

Ground floor :
Fully equipped kitchen (dishwasher, oven, microwave oven, induction hob, ...) open with living room, living room with TV, 2 bathrooms and 1 WC.

1st floor :
3 bedrooms (1 with bed 160x200, 1 with bed of 140x190, 1 with 2 beds of 90x190 that can be joined).

Attics:
1 room with 1 bed 140x190, 1 bathroom, 1 WC and 1 relax area with satellite TV.

Outside:
Closed garden of 12 ares with garden furniture, deckchairs and barbecue.
Large parking in front of the house.

Belle maison proche de la Pointe du Raz

Très grande et belle maison. Emplacement idéal pour partir à pied vers la Pointe du Raz ou la Baie des Trepasses. Un jardin sur l'arrière pour profiter des repas hors la vue des touristes.

Très agréable

Maison très agréable à 2 pas du site de la Pointe du Raz. De belles ballades accessibles depuis la maison et les petits chemins et sentiers à proximité.

Maison en très bon état, avec un bon emplacement. Possibilité d'aller à la Pointe du Raz et à la plage des Trépassés à pied en passant par les sentiers. Grand jardin à l'arrière de la maison et grand emplacement pour garer plusieurs voitures

Sehr schönes Haus mit top Ausstattung in günstiger Lage für kleine Wanderungen und kurzer Weg zum sehr schönen Strand. Äußerst angenehmer Kontakt sowohl zum Besitzer als auch zum Kontakt vor Ort. Jederzeit gerne wieder.

Gite spacieux et très bien équipé dans un super endroit

Super gîte, spacieux et bien équipé. Apparemment récemment (et bien) rénové. Très bon accueil par une voisine. Nous étions une seule famille mais le gîte peut facilement en héberger 2. Nous avons particulièrement aimé la localisation au bout de la pointe du raz (dernier hameau avant le site protégé). Un sentier passe juste à côté de la maison et permet de partir explorer les environs à pied avec les enfants. Notamment le site de la pointe du raz à 40min et la magnifique baie des Trépassés à 20min à pein. Endroit encore relativement sauvage et très dépaysant. On a l'impression d'être au bout du monde :) Nous avons beaucoup apprécié notre séjour.

Gite confortable

Gite propre pouvant accueillir très facilement 8 personnes. Bon accueil à l'arrivée. Proximité des côtes bretonnes permettant de belles balades. Je recommande.

Viel Platz

Das Haus war groß genug für uns (4 Paare,2Kinder).Sehr angenehm,dass es 3 Duschbäder gibt! Insgesamt ist das Haus sehr praktisch und übersichtlich eingerichtet, es ist alles da, was man benötigt (ausser scharfen Küchenmessern). Einzig das Wohnzimmer dünstet einen sehr unangenehmen Geruch aus, vielleicht von den sehr schicken bequemen Ledermöbeln (vielleicht noch neu?). Den Raum konnte man quasi nicht benutzen..Das machte aber nichts,weil die Wohnküche groß ist und man sowieso nur draussen ist bei dem tollen Wetter! Der Garten scheint noch nicht wirklich angelegt zu sein, einfach eine große Grasfläche. Es ist zwar nicht idyllisch,gibt aber genug Platz zum Spielen und um abends noch draussen zu sitzen. Mit dem offenen gemauerten Grill kamen wir wegen des Windes nicht gut klar,ein normaler Kugelgrill wäre uns lieber. Aber vielleicht gibt es da auch einen Trick, den wir nicht kannten..Supertoll ist die Lage:wir konnten einen schönen Trampelpfad in der Nähe bis runter zur Baie laufen! Hervorragend war die Sauberkeit des Hauses! Alles tipptopp geputzt. Und Laurent war sehr hilfsbereit,als es ein Problem mit dem Fernseher gab und hat per Telefon und mithilfe der sehr patenten Haushälterin das Problem behoben. Wir kommen gerne nochmal wieder!

Wir freuen uns, dass Sie mit Ihrem Aufenthalt zufrieden sind. Es ist ein Haus, das Ende 2017 komplett renoviert wurde. Alle Möbel sind daher neu. Bezüglich den Wohnzimmer könnten Sie empfindlich auf den Geruch von Leder reagieren, denn bis jetzt hatte uns niemand bemerkt. Der Garten wurde auch 2017 komplett erneuert, aber es braucht Zeit, bis die Plantagen wachsen. Ich freue mich darauf, Sie wieder zu aufnehmen.
