Stunning, private, yet close to it all! This 3 bedroom, 3.5 bath luxury condo located in downtown Steamboat Springs will satisfy all your needs, whether you are visiting in the winter or summer. Amazing views of the Yampa River and historic Howelsen Hill ski area are definitely included, with a choice of 2 decks providing the most coveted views for fireworks over Howelsen Hill. Gourmet kitchen, island bar, open plan to the dining room and living room are everything you want for your vacation. The dining table looks out at the historic Howelson Hill ski area/Emerald Mountain. The living area with a NEW sleeper sofa and cozy fireplace is open to the kitchen and dining area. The covered main level deck has an outdoor dining table. The one bedroom on the main level has a queen bed and an ensuite full bathroom. Head up the stairs to the 2nd bedroom with 2 twin beds and ensuite full bath with a bathtub. The spacious primary suite is also upstairs, complete with a fireplace and the primary bathroom with his and her vanities, a jacuzzi tub and a steam shower. Both upstairs bedrooms have access to the upstairs patio. Need to do laundry while on vacation? Take advantage of the upstairs laundry room with full size washer and dryer. This luxurious downtown condo includes 2 dedicated parking spots in the underground garage, with an elevator to your floor. During ski season, the property also offers a ski locker for 2 at the base of the ski mountain. Interior highlights include a new sofa sleeper in the living room, a 55" Ultra High Definition Samsung TV and a Sonos Playbar sound system for watching movies and easy to play music for the living area with the Sonos app on your smartphone. New high end patio furniture is available for you on the top floor patio as well!!
River View Villa is perfect for families and groups. We realize you will be on vacation but this home is located in a neighborhood with year round residents. Summer time means open windows in Steamboat at night, and sound carries. Loud parties, music or outside gatherings on the decks after quiet hours are not tolerated. We ask you please be respectful of the neighbors and the character of this neighborhood. If you feel that your group can't abide by quiet hours, please look at another one of our homes or give us a call or email to discuss. Thank you for your respect and understanding!

Four Seasons Steamboat is a locally owned and operated property management company located in the heart of Steamboat Springs, Colorado. As locals, we are here to quickly handle any issues and provide expert Steamboat insights! We follow all local rules and state laws regarding taxes, occupancy, and any other nightly rental restrictions.
Each of our vacation rental homes comes with the essentials needed to enjoy your Steamboat Springs vacation; towels, linens, bathroom products, trash bags, dish soap, dishwasher soap, tissues, etc. You will be required to electronically sign our vacation home rental agreement to finalize your reservation. Your reservation total includes all applicable state and local taxes, Accidental Damage Protection, and a cleaning fee.
Cancellation Policy:
Non-holiday reservations: Reservations cancelled at least 30 days before arrival day will be refunded 100%. Reservations cancelled 29 or fewer days before arrival date will be refunded whatever amount we can re-book with a new guest. If unable to re-book with a new guest, the entire reservation will be forfeited.
Holiday reservations (the week of Christmas and the week after Christmas): Reservations cancelled at least 45 days before the start of your stay will be refunded 100%. Reservations cancelled 44 or fewer days before arrival date will be refunded the amount we re-book with a new guest. If unable to re-book with a new guest, the entire reservation will be forfeited.
Is there a cancellation fee? You can cancel any reservation for free up to 48 hours after booking. After 48 hours we charge a $100 administrative fee for cancelling a reservation more than 30 days from arrival date (45 for holiday reservations).
We encourage you to buy our Cancel For Any Reason (CFAR) insurance to ensure you won't lose any money due to circumstances out of your control.
