CHALET MIMOSA - 6 PEOPLE - 3 BEDROOMS and 2 BATHROOMS

Superb natural wood house among the pines and eucalyptus trees of the Les Amandiers property with magnificent views of the park, the swimming pool and the Gulf of Ajaccio.
The park is 1 hectare, including 3000 m2 of lawn,
a very large swimming pool of 17 meters by 7 meters, 1m40 deep in the small bath and 2m70 in the large bath.
This dimension will delight fans of real swimming ....

You will have all the comfort for 6 people, with this pretty solid wood cotage including:
- 3 rooms :
1) bedroom with 2 twin beds of 90, wardrobe,
2) bedroom with 1 double bed and a wardrobe,
3) bedroom with 1 bed of 180 (2 separate mattresses) and wardrobe.

 1 bathroom with bath, shower and sink,
 1 shower room (walk-in shower)
 1 separate WC,
 1 fully equipped kitchen area, with electric stove and oven, fridge freezer, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker and kettle, all kitchen utensils and crockery for 6 people.
1 living room with 2 modern sofas and armchairs, Flat screen TV
On the large terrace is a garden table and 6 chairs to take full advantage of the view during meals + parasol.
The terrace is secure for children.
-Private barbecue ...
You will have access to WIFI when you get closer to the swimming pool, near the main building.

The linen (sheets and towels) is included in the price as well as the weekly change of sheets and towels, and the end of stay cleaning is also included, for stays of 7 nights and more, otherwise it will be requested a package of 50 €.

the interior of the villa is entirely in wood, which gives a feeling of well-being and rare serenity.
You can park your vehicle right next to the Cottage, and even your trailer if you have a boat.
The situation of the property is ideal, because it is on the plateau of Porticcio, (90 meters above sea level), 1.5 km from the shops and the beach, it is set back from the noise of the night activities of the seaside resort , and open air pubs. Calm at night !!!!
And when you wake up, you will be surprised by the clean air and the incomparable smell of Eucalyptus ....

Sejour très agréable

Nous avons été très bien accueillis par Veronique malgré notre heure d'arrivée tardive. Tres beau domaine arboré, avec une vue imprenable sur le Golf d'Ajaccio et magnifique piscine. Le chalet en bois est confortable et très bien équipé. Un seul GROS BÉMOL pour nous , le manque de climatisation. Seul un "climatiseur mobile " très bruyant et moyennement efficace pour rafraîchir. Heureusement la semaine de notre séjour fût venteuse avec des nuits fraîches.

Très belle propriété avec une vue imprenable. Nous avons passé un très bon séjour et nous recommandons vivement les Amandiers. Seul tout petit bémol : pas d'accès à pieds jusqu'aux plages qui sont néanmoins à moins de 10 minutes de voiture. Merci aux propriétaires très sympas et accueillants

Relaxing getaway

We stayed at the Mimosa for one week and thoroughly enjoyed our time there. The accommodation sleeps 6, although only two of us stayed for our trip, the kitchen was really well equipped with everything you need to create meals. There is also a bbq and a seating area which we enjoyed sitting out on in the evening. Veronique was a very helpful and friendly host, who greeted us on arrival but after this left us to enjoy our stay undisturbed. There is a shared pool but we preferred to head to the local beaches. A car is essential to enjoy your stay here, with the nearest supermarket and beach being 5 minutes drive away and the airport is also only 20 minutes drive away on a simple route. We would recommend a stay at mimosa for couples or families who are looking for a relaxing holiday.
