Lovely home. Short walk to the beach. Excellent communal areas for visiting with plenty of comfortable seating. Elevator worked great as we followed instructions properly. Only issue... some rooms hot, some very cold and others quite comfortable. We were able to balance with open doors and strategically placed fans.
Not quite as close to ocean, but liked the golf card rides to get there. Made good use of the elevator but I don’t think you should have to pay extra for it. Fully stocked kitchen and plenty of large tvs everywhere. Place could use a little maintenance, for instancburned out light in master bedro
Great vacation in Hilton Head. House had plenty of room and convenient to shops, golf and the ocean. Host were very attentive and responded to any questions or concerns almost immediately. Will stay here again
Overall, good experience. Plenty of room for my 15 person family. Generally clean throughout but the AC return vent at the top of the first stairs was caked with dust. First noticed on initial arrival... was expecting to note other type complaints but had none. Easy fix! AC unit on top level needed service while we were there... was fixed by the end of the day! All else was great!
Pros: plenty of space, beds, towels, dishes, and 12 minute walk to the beach. Additionally plenty of seating for meals together. (Many properties that sleep 20 or so only seat 10 for meals). The washer and dryer were fully functional and nice. The road to the beach was not too much traffic with kids on bikes Cons: internet was spotty. The downstairs AC where the bunk beds are would not cool. It was hot and humid while the reast of house was cool. We thought the Internet and ac issue was resolved by the first morning (it was blowing cold air) but the next two nights were hot and humid. The thermostat said 75 ,however, it felt closer to 79 or 80 and humid. At home we sleep with the thermastat set to 77 and it's just fine. The house could use a serious dusting. Fan blades, light plates, and especially air vents. There was one extra trash bag left and it would have been nice to have more for a large group. No salt and pepper which is something we've commonly had
Overall the group was very pleased with this property. The lead person reached out a day in advance and asked for a phone number to call just in case we had any issues but the host never returned a response. The ceiling fan in the family room worked but the light did not. The shade in the king room at the top of the stairs on the 2nd floor had an issue and would not close. The toilet paper holder powder room on the 1st floor was broken and kept falling off.Other than those 3 items, the property was perfect for our needs and we would probably rent again. The win win for us was the fact that the property had two fridges and lots of great pots and the elevator worked! That was truly a blessing for us. All of the rooms were clean although one of the rooms we believed had pets. One of the ladies could smell a slight odor of a pet in the room with the queen bed. She had to use her asthma meds for a few nights. Again, we were all pretty pleased with this property. We loved the location, close to the markets and restaurants and walking distance to the beach.
The house was perfect for our girls weekend the rooms were perfect and there was a lot of space. The pool was not heated when we arrived and they did try to fix it but it was not warm enough to enjoy. We informed the host and he refunded us for the pool heating costs. Over all this is a large home that can accommodate a large group and we all enjoyed our stay very much . We would definitely recommend staying at this property.

Needs blankets, did not have even one blanket. Master bedroom on second floor was like a freezer. Most of the bedrooms did not have dressers for your clothes

Thank you for your comments. I apologize you arrived while we were transitioning linen providers and there was a mix up with the blankets. Each bed now has its own comforter now. Also each room has ample closet space for clothes storage. Again I apologize for any inconvenience that occurred during your stay caused by the mixup with the linen provider.
The house was lovely and well equipped. Since our group was made up of senior siblings celebrating an 80th birthday, the elevator was important for us to comfortably manage the house. We all enjoyed our time together in a beautiful space.
We had an amazing family vacation for 15 of us at this house. The kids (cousins) wanted to move in forever. It was a terrific space and location for our event. We had people from ages 5 to 87.
This house checked all the boxes and was affordable for our group. Would highly recommend this house for a golf group, will rebook if we come back to Hilton Head!
This home was perfect for our annual family gathering. Plenty of space for everyone, so many bathrooms! There is a beautiful park just across the street with soccer fields, tennis, basketball, and a playground. Had a wonderful time, highly recommend!
Great location very nice neighborhood. With great timely communication with the property manager we were able to come up with a plan for parking. Awesome House!
We had a great time. Loved the house. The large size of bedrooms were a plus and the bathrooms were excellent. Golf cart to beach was very appreciated. Loved Hilton head beaches
Great stay. More kitchen seating than envisioned from pictures when booked. Very accommodating for a big group. Very small detail - would recommend BYO-trash bags, only a couple provided (went through quickly given number of people).
Prefect house for a girls tennis weekend!! House was clean and had everything we needed. One small issue on check in that was very quickly resolved. Would stay again!! Thanks!!
