I am available to meet and greet you at check-in scheduled beforehand.

Owner's of home may be staying on premises in the in in-law apartment during your stay. This apartment is separate from the home and has a separate entryway. Owner's will not interact with guests other than check-in unless requested by guest.

*Children 1 and under need not be added to your reservation as they are free.

*Nightly rate is based on 6 guests. Any reservation over 6 guests will be charged the additional guest fee ($40) per person per night.

Big family stay

Big group of us…ages 2 months to 70 years old. Plenty of room, we have such a great time. The home has a homey and warm farm feel. Lots of bedrooms and plenty of common area. We have been 3 years in a row and will definitely stay again! Near Santa’s Village.

Great house for a large party.

Family Memories

A wonderful property and host. Made some great lifetime memories with family. Would highly recommend staying here- tons of space for large groups to gather and plenty of rooms to hide away when needed as well!
