Incredible one of a kind spacious home nestled on the shore of Little River in the White Mountains.

This home is centrally located only 10-15 minutes over from the beautiful Franconia Notch area, Bretton Woods, The Cog Railway, Mount Washington, Crawford Notch and 20 minutes to Lincoln so you can enjoy Whales Tale, Clark's Trading Post, Santa's Village, a scenic drive on the Kancamangus, the Flume Gorge, hiking Franconia Ridge, and all the other plentiful natural wonders and ski resorts of the White Mountains.

Location doesn't get any better, located 1.75 hrs North of Manchester NH & 2.5 hrs from Boston in the heart of the White Mountains. It’s a 7 minute drive to Bretton Woods Ski Resort & 13 minutes to Cannon Mountain. It’s a 10 minute drive to the quaint town of Bethlehem and 25 minutes to the town of Littleton with all amenities, Walmart, Home Depot, Lowes, Walgreens, TJ Max, diners and cafes. 40 minutes to Santa's Village, Clark's Trained Bears, Polar Caves, Storyland, Mount Washington Auto Rd. 15 minutes to the Flume Gorge, 22 minutes to Whale's Tale Waterpark, and 10 minutes to the world famous Omni Mount Washington Hotel. Snowboard, ski, flyfish, swim, hike, hunt, mountain bike, snowmobile, or just enjoy the sites of this great New England Region.

The Little River out back and down the bank is a constant source of beauty. When the weather is warm open up the windows and slider doors to the deck of the upper bedroom and the master bedroom to enjoy the cool breeze and listen to the Little River while you fall asleep.

Please note this rental is for the entire property including both the main house and the in-law guest house. The main house is 5 bedrooms/3.5 bathrooms & the guest house is 2 bedrooms /2 bathroom .

Absolutely beautiful!

Came up with some friends and we absolutely loved our stay. The house was huge, comfortable, clean, and had everything we needed. The river running behind the house was gorgeous. Walid was a great host and easy to work with. Definitely will be making a plan to come back!

Family Reunion

Twin Mountain River House was the perfect place for our family reunion! The location was perfect for visiting Santa’s Village, exploring several nature hikes and waterfalls, and a bonus was having the river out back to enjoy as well… which the kids loved exploring! The house was a perfect fit for our large family with plenty of space for everyone! Our host, Wally, was great! Very nice and quickly responsive to any questions we had. Overall an awesome place to stay!

Wonderful family reunion!

This spacious property allowed our group to enjoy so much together from lawn games, campfires, and playing in the river plus space to spread out inside. Everything was well organized and labeled, clear communication from the hosts, comfortable seating and beds. With plentiful activities nearby the location can’t be beat. Thank you!

great spot for ski trip

a few of us went on a ski trip to nh and needed a nice spot to come back to at night. This was it, and did not disappoint at all. easy to find, private, and very roomy, this place was exactly what we were looking for. I would like to make another trip in the summer to see the views on the river! thanks
