Hodnett Cooper Vacation Rentals is please to offer this beautiful two bedroom, two bath oceanfront condominium located at Pier Pointe just next to the St. Simons Island pier.

In this amazing location, leave your car behind! The Pier Pointe residences are located at the end of Mallery Street in the heart of the St. Simons Island village. Walk to shops, restaurants, the ocean, the lighthouse and oceanfront Neptune Park. To explore the Island, rent a bicycle just steps from your residence! Or catch the trolley tour, which departs from the Pier. Pier Pointe is oceanfront, provides each residence with unobstructed views of the pier, St. Simons Sound, the Sidney Lanier Bridge and Jekyll Island all from your spacious private balcony. Pier Pointe also offers an oceanfront pool and grass lawn for swimming, lounging and watching the tides come and go.

Pier Pointe #104 is beautifully furnished and has features an updated kitchen with granite counter tops and stainless appliances. The residence also includes tile flooring in the living areas and new furnishings. Enjoy gorgeous ocean views from the master suite, living room, and balcony.

While Pier Pointe is oceanfront, please note that beach access is tide contingent. At high tide—which occurs twice daily at varying times throughout the year—the beach is inaccessible. With an oceanfront lawn, oceanfront swimming pool and a private balcony, you likely won't miss the sand during high tides.

Perfect location!

We enjoyed our stay and have stayed in another condo in the same building on a different trip. The location is fantastic, but the interior is a bit dated and needs a good deep cleaning.

Short stay in June

Good location, property exactly as described, very clean. The beach in front of the property is not really for swimming but it was not a requirement for us anyway, so it worked out very well. Will stay there again.

Great spacious condo at a great location!

This was a perfect spot for the family. Everything was in walkable distance (restaurants, the Pier, beach, etc) and we had an amazing view of the ocean from our balcony. We spend most of our time on our balcony when we were at the condo. Plenty of space! The condo had everything we needed. Would definitely stay here again.

Have stayed at the Pier Pointe several times through the years with family, but met college friends of over 52 years and so enjoyed this lovely, comfortable first floor condo! We had such a wonderful time walking to restaurants and on the pier and rocking on the community center veranda! The beach was just a block and half away and then we returned to the condo pool for some more sun and swimming. Oh yes, there was a craft fair after Saturday lunch at Brogans. Perfect place to stay with 2 nice bedrooms and 2 baths, lovely sitting area, kitchen, and laundry. Thank you to the hosts!

Location, Location, Location

Excellent location, walk to the pier, shops and restaurants. Once you get there no need for a car. The condo was clean, nicely decorated and the master bed very comfortable. Kitchen well stocked. The view from the balcony was as pictured - amazing. Really nothing negative/ the only thing I could think of as a con would be baths could use an update , but still clean and nice and who’s there to hang in the bath !!!! Would definitely stay here again

Excellent Condo w/ Incredible Views

Very nice place to stay. Views we’re amazing. Furnished and decorated well. Everything that you need. I gave a 4 on cleanliness because it had several bugs (small roaches and large palmetto bug). Also, shower in 2nd bedroom hardly had any pressure at all. But overall very nice place.

Clean, Well appointed, Convenient!

Very comfortable, secure location on main level. Walk to dining, shops and pier. Well stocked kitchen, blankets, pillows. Would have preferred a recliner be in great room and maybe a higher commode in primary bedroom. Really liked not having to deal with stairs. Beautiful views from porch with plenty of seating. Also enjoyed the coffe/ wine bar separate from kitchen. Will definitely want to revisit this one again!

Great rental, great view!

We enjoyed our stay in St. Simons Island! The property was just as it was pictured. We could walk to most of the restaurants and shops from our condo. Would go back again!

Excellent Location

The condo was in the perfect location to Pier Village and the view was incredible. The condo was clean and the kitchen had everything you needed. There were no handles on the bedroom drawers which could be a problem if staying more than a week and you had a lot to unpack. Not being able to turn off the fan in the bathrooms was annoying and the toilet paper was on a stand in front of drawers in bathroom and had to be moved to use drawers each time. Shower curtain extremely long and hard not to pull on when taking a shower. Minor issues that can be fixed. Overall great place to stay!!
