"A Village Overlook" is an elegant and contemporary loft with an open floor plan, you will be amazed at the details! Situated perfectly in the heart of St. Simons Village, you will enjoy the feel of sophisticated urban living at the beach in this unique, fully furnished two bedroom, 2.5 bath condo.

So many features! There is an open floor plan with large living room for entertaining with lots of windows. Gourmet kitchen with stainless steel appliances and granite counter tops. This beauty has wall to wall windows overlooking Mallery Street and the quaint village shops. With more than enough room, this 2 bedroom, 2 1/2 bath loft is just under 2,000 SF.

Each bedroom is delightfully decorated and each has its' own en-suite bath. Completely remodeled and up to date! You are assigned one (1) parking spot in the village, next to the building. There is no elevator for this unit.

CHECK OUT: 10:00 am

• Any group gatherings and events at this property are limited to the number of occupants (6 persons).
• Pets are not allowed in this unit
• Reserved Parking is available for 1 vehicle.
• Fireplace is for decoration only. Gas is not connected.

Minimum Age to Rent is 25 years old - this applies to all guests with the exception of multi-generational families.

What to Expect in your Unit:
• There are 3 TVs and 1 DVD player located in this property.
• Linens (Bath towels & bed sheets) are provided
• Starter Supply of Toilet Paper, Soap, Paper Towels and Trash Bag. Any additional supplies needed during tenancy will be the responsibility of the guest.

Saint Simons 2023
This is our 2nd time staying at location. We love the whole vibe of the unit ands its location. The location was very convenient for walking to the pier, shops and many restaurants. Overall a great vacation. Can’t wait for our next trip to Saint Simons!!
