Welcome to 760 Ocean #203!

Real Escapes Properties is proud to offer this two bedroom, two bath luxury condo. This is a second floor unit with one of the best views in the complex. It is comfortably furnished, generously-sized, and lavishly appointed. Features include granite counter tops in the open kitchen and bathrooms and a balcony that is accessible from both the living room and master suite. There are three Smart TV's in the unit for streaming.

The master has a king sized bed, smart TV and en-suite with a soaking tub and an over-sized walk in shower along with his and hers sinks.

The guest bedroom features a Queen-sized bed. There is also an attached bathroom (with a walk-in shower) that can also be accessed from the hallway.

The community features one assigned covered parking space and room for overflow parking outside the building. There's also an elevator.

760 Ocean Boulevard is located near the Pier Village shops & restaurants, and is directly across the street from a public beach access.

Swimming pool is seasonal.

**NOTE: TV is streaming access only. There is no cable or live TV. Host is providing access so you can stream your own accounts using your own streaming passwords**).

St. Simon Island

First visit to the island. My favorite vacation spot now. Great view, nice unit, beautiful throughout the island. Appreciated all the dining options.
