Just steps from the Beach and Racquet Club with large pool, kiddie pool, playground, exercise rooms, and tennis courts and the boardwalk to the beach by another pool available to 14 Shipwatch Drive guests. Comfortable living room and open kitchen/ dining area with a kibutzing island to visit with the cook. The master suite on 2nd floor has a sitting area with television and an ocean/sunrise view. This bedroom opens onto gallery porch like the one below along the living room. There is one bedroom with queen bed on first floor and three bedrooms on the second floor, the master and two bedrooms with twin beds.

The Harbor Island pool is open from April 1 - November 1.

Reservations are subject to a 3.5% processing fee.

The home is pet-friendly during the offseason (November - March) for one small/ medium dog—please contact us prior to booking to confirm arrangements.

Renters must be over 25 years of age to reserve our property.

Harbor Island Owners Association require a gate pass to gain access to the private island. GATE PASSES ARE NON-REFUNDABLE! Vehicle gate pass fees are per vehicle, set by the Island and are subject to change. Please contact our team after you book the property to purchase a pass. The current rates are; for a day pass $25.00; 2 nights $35.00; 3 nights $45.00; 4 nights $55.00; 5 nights $65.00; 6 nights $75.00; 7 nights $85.00; 8-30 nights $140.00; 31-364 nights $215.00
