Maison parfaite pour des vacances sur le bassin d’arcachon. Maison trĂšs bien Ă©quipĂ© trĂšs fonctionnelle avec un jardin bien agrĂ©able et parfaitement clĂŽturĂ© quand vous avez un chien. Emplacement idĂ©al pour aller au marchĂ© d’ArĂšs (2 minutes Ă  pieds) vu sur le bassin Ă  2 minutes Ă  pied et proche des pistes cyclables et de la route pour circuler sur le bassin. Merci Ă  Sylvie

Maison trĂšs agrĂ©able bien isolĂ©e mĂȘme si il fait 42 dehors on le ressent pas Ă  l'intĂ©rieur de la maison Elle est idĂ©alement placĂ© Ă  deux pas du marchĂ©,a Ă  peine 5 minutes du centre-ville Ă  pied ,un Leclerc Ă  2 km et trĂšs bien placĂ© pour aller faire le Cap Ferret Ă  25 km de lĂ  ,oĂč aller du cĂŽtĂ© d'Arcachon par contre la plage Ă  cĂŽtĂ© c'est pas vraiment une plage certes il y a une bande de sable le problĂšme c'est que quand la mer se retire ce n'est que de la boue aux pieds et on se baigne au milieu des bateaux privilĂ©gier plutĂŽt les plages cĂŽtĂ© Andernos Arcachon ou le Cap Ferret On peux prendre le bateau Ă  Arcachon ou Cap-Ferret pour visiter l'Ăźle aux oiseaux les cabanes tranquilles la dune du Pilat par la voix maritime ou faire des allers-retours en bateau d'Arcachon au Cap Ferret Le bassin d'Arcachon est trĂšs agrĂ©able certes il y a full par la voie routiĂšre mais heureusement la voie maritime reste disponible Nous avons passĂ© un excellent sĂ©jour Arcachon au Cap Ferret

Nous avons passĂ© d excellente vacance dans cette maison idĂ©alement situĂ©e,au calme et assez spacieuse avec un trĂšs beau jardin clĂŽturĂ©( idĂ©al pour notre chien) parc aux alentours pour de bonnes promenades avec notre chien . Tout n’était pas parfait

Nous avons dĂ» attendre longtemps pour la remise des clĂ©s sous une chaleur de 42 degrĂ©s avec plusieurs intervenants. Nous sommes partis le mercredi matin pour cause de maladie . La literie est d’un bon niveau mai les oreillers ne sont pas confortables Il n’en demeure pas moins que la maison est agrĂ©able mĂȘme si le garage n’est pas exploitable et on doit noter que des insectes volants et rampants rentrent par une bouche d’aĂ©ration dans une chambre. Le rapport qualitĂ© prix est discutable, les photos sont flatteuses.

La maison est confortable, 3 vraies chambres. L'ensemble est propre, un peu vintage. La salle de bain est assez grande et récente. Le jardin est top et bien équipé (salon, transats,barbecue) ! Emplacement idĂ©al pour se promener autour du bassin d'Arcachon. La mer est toute proche mais on ne peut guĂšre s'y baigner. Pour se baigner il vaut mieux aller sur l'ocĂ©an ou sur Arcachon. Mais il y a de nombreuses promenades en bicyclette vers Cap Ferret ou Andernos. Et il y a plein d'autres activitĂ©s Ă  faire Ă  proximitĂ© ( kayak, paddle...). La maison est super agrĂ©able avec un trĂšs beau jardin bien vert mĂȘme par 35°! reposant pour les yeux et un plaisir bien agrĂ©able aussi pour y faire la sieste. Le quartier est trĂšs calme sauf jour de marchĂ© une fois par semaine. Le marchĂ© est au pied de la maison. Nous n'avons passĂ© qu'une semaine trop courte dans la maison. Tout a Ă©tĂ© parfait sinon qu'il serait utile d'avoir un rideau de douche pour Ă©viter la pataugoire dans le dĂ©filĂ© des douches... Dans la cuisine, il manque aussi une grande poĂȘle et un 2Ăšme grand fait-tout (difficile de faire la cuisine en quantitĂ© pour nourrir des ados affamĂ©s !). La literie est trĂšs confortable. Nous avons passĂ© un super sĂ©jour.

Une location conforme en tous points avec le descriptif, un intĂ©rieur moderne et confortable joliment dĂ©corĂ©, villa bien entretenue. La rĂ©novation de cette villa est une rĂ©ussite avec une cuisine Ă©quipĂ©e, des rangements consĂ©quents dans les chambres et une bonne literie, une salle de bain spacieuse avec belle douche Ă  l'italienne. A l'extĂ©rieur on peut profiter de l'ombre d'un grand Ă©picĂ©a toute la journĂ©e sur les transats. Un jardinier entretient la pelouse et les nombreuses variĂ©tĂ©s de fleurs (hortensias, rosiers, chĂšvrefeuille, lauriers roses. Les voisins qui habitent cette rue trĂšs calme, sont des rĂ©sidents permanents trĂšs sympas. L’accueil est effectuĂ© sur place par le personnel d'une agence trĂšs aimable et de bons conseils. Les contacts avec les propriĂ©taires se sont montrĂ©s courtois, agrĂ©ables; des personnes charmantes et fort sympathiques. En rĂ©sumĂ© des vacances reposantes et un sĂ©jour des plus agrĂ©ables.
