About this property

Convenient location on shuttle route with fantastic mountain views and fully updated interior!

This updated Racquet Club condominium has been completely remodeled with a beautiful new kitchen, matching bathrooms and new furniture throughout! It is the largest floor plan in the Racquet Club complex with 3 and a half bathrooms, a more spacious living room and an expanded loft area. The private patio has gorgeous views of the Park Meadows golf course and the surrounding mountains. The condo is very close to the city wide free bus system that will take you to the ski resorts in minutes. A short walk away from the condo is the Park City Municipal Area Recreation Center (MARC), a city owned tennis/pool/health facility available to the public for a daily fee.

The condo has 3 levels and is approximately 1600 square feet. The living room, kitchen, dining area, and the powder room are on the main. Upstairs is the master bedroom, the second bedroom, and 2 bathrooms. The loft is on the third level, accessed via a stairway at the end of the hall, with a private bathroom.

Living Room: Gas log fireplace, TV, DVD, CD stereo.

Kitchen: Brand new stainless steel appliances, alder cabinetry and granite counters make this kitchen a chef's dream! Seating at the bench style seating is very social.

Dining Room: There is a large table in the dining area with benches on each side that seats 10 comfortably.

Bedrooms:
Master – King bed, TV, walk-in closet, private bathroom. Located on second floor.
Second – Queen bed, TV, bathroom just outside in the hallway. Located on second floor.
Loft – Bunks with double on the bottom and twin on the top, twin bed, full bathroom (shower only) adjoins this room. Located on third floor, it is accessed via a stairway at the end of the hall, making this room a private sleeping area, except there is not a door to close it off.

Hot Tub: Yes, on patio just outside living room.

Washer/Dryer: Yes, full size unit in closet on second floor.

Garage: 1 car garage with ski storage area, assigned to this unit. Additional parking is available outside.

We had a great week at the house with an amazing view of the mountains. The house is clean and the kitchen well equipped. The bus connection to the ski slopes was easy. However the trips to the supermarket without a car were a bit more complicated. We would come back.

Great Location with Tons of Space.
We picked this unit for its location to the Slopes and Access by the Free bus to everything. It was plenty of space for 3 adults and 3 kids. After a long days of Skiing the private hottub was excellent. The garage was perfect for the Tahoe we rented as it kept the snow and Ice from delaying our morning commute to the slopes. will definitely rent here again.
