Perfect place for our family

Comfortable and cozy

Beautifully renovated home! Chris was great and made our stay relaxing and stress free. The Kringle was a nice touch. We would definitely stay here again .

Family Getaway

Great place to stay! The house was clean and well kept up. We enjoyed the snacks/wine and kringle that Christopher left for us. Christopher was really easy to work with and got back to us in a timely manner, which was appreicated. We would stay again if in the area.

Great place to stay!

We went down to visit our niece who is in school at Great Lakes Naval. It was a perfect place for family to congregate. We were able to make her a home-cooked meal, play lots of games, and hang out. This is our third stay in one of Chris' houses and our second time in this one. Thanks, Chris, for providing a great place at a reasonable price.

Sports Vacation

We were in town to attend a few sporting events. The house was a great in a great location for the Ryder Cup 90 minutes (PGA Tournament in Kohler), a trip to Lambeau Field 2 hours, a Brewers game 35 minutes and Wrigley Field 90 minutes. The house is in a quiet neighborhood, clean, plenty of space and comfortable. Would definitely stay again. we had a great trip!

Clean, comfortable and quiet!

Chris provided lovely treats, including awesome cherry cheese kringle, and the place was very clean with great amenities. The home has such personal touches- carefully selected artwork, beautiful flooring, quality lighting and the beds were so comfortable. Obviously, a lot of thought went into this newly remodeled home. Enjoyed it!

We needed to leave home to rest. It sure was.

We enjoyed rest.it was very important that we have that It was our goal. We do not have physical disabilities but we were wondering how people with disabilities gets into the house that can't use steps, just a thought. We liked the soap and shampoo dispensers. We thought a foot stool by the chairs in the living room. Loved the kitchen. hope this helps!!

Girlfriend weekend

Four of us girls traveled for a girlfriend weekend and a fifth girlfriend joined us for one night at this beautiful house. The house was close to everything we wanted to do. The amenities were amazing. Imagine arriving to find a bottle of wine waiting along with some cold bottled water. The beds were comfortable and everything was very clean. Loved the hardwood floors and the beauty of the house. We enjoyed sitting outside in the back yard at a table just made for four people along with some nice chairs. We took the chairs with us one day when we went to that lake. Thank you so much for sharing your lovely house!

Very impressed with our stay!

Was a very pleasant stay. Enjoyed going to the north beach which only few minutes away. Grandkids love the wooden park which is walking distance from the free beach parking lot. Enjoy the quiet neighborhood. Spent alot of time in the enclosed back yard patio. Thanks for my away from home like home to us with bonuses!

We really enjoyed staying here! The house was clean and updated inside and out. The layout and amount a space was great. Lots to do in the house. Plenty of entertainment to please everyone. We would definitely rent this place again.

Spacious getaway near downtown and the beach

The place had a nice spacious layout. The owner left us a cute message and some treats for our stay which we ended up buying more of those danishes for the road home. Location was great and communication with owner was fantastic. We are already looking at other locations the owner offers for our next girls trip. Definitely recommend as a place to stay.

Great House & Accomodations!

The house was very tastefully done, great touches with water, wine and Kringle! Great layout with two main bedrooms downstairs and a whole upstairs bedroom/bathroom and sink for coffee. Loved the little backyard Grille and table! Thanks for a great stay.

Much Better Than a Hotel

My husband and I stayed at this house over the weekend and really appreciated having the amenities of home. The kitchen is well-stocked, the neighborhood was quiet, and the house offered a lot of space to spread out (we had my son's family over for a visit). We've stayed in another property owned by this same person and think he does a great job providing a care-free experience.

Late Christmas at Christmas at Chris's

Oh My Goodness this place is fabulous!!!!!!! I couldn't have been more comfortable !!! When I first walked in I seen a sign that welcomed me and family with a bottle of wined snacks. Then as a walked around not only was the place very beautiful it was very clean. I have rented homes many times and none of them where as clean as this one. It was about 6 mins from my son who lives there so great location. We arrived in a snow storm and by the time my husband got out side to shovel the snow a truck drove up and the guy said I will take over Sir this is my Job. We came to celebrate a late Christmas with my son and his wife with my other son and his wife from Kentucky . Anything we thought we might need Chris had thought of it already we will definitely look for one of Chris's places again because Chris seem to treat people like he wishes to be treated. Wonderful Winter Gathering

This was our 3D stay in one of Chris’ properties. All of them have been excellent, but this one was really wonderful. We were in town for a wedding. It was a great location and the house was a fabulous place for my family to stay. Thank you!

Great stay. Chris is awesome

We needed a comfortable place for 6 total people. Five of us were flying up for my son's Navy boot camp graduation. I had booked one of Chris' property in Kenosha but my son got set back a week at the last minute. Chris worked with us and let us rent this property instead because it was available for the new graduation date. When we got there it was nice and clean with a personalized welcome message and bottle of wine plus snacks and a Kringle from the local Danish bakery. There were plenty of anything we needed for the comforts of home even spices for cooking was available. We needed to extend a day because our son got an extra day of liberty for the holiday weekend and Chris made it all very easy. We really enjoyed it and will use one of his properties if available in the future when we come to visit our son who is staying in Great Lakes for school for almost a year. Thanks Chris for an amazing stay!

I have been married to my wife Alane for over 35 years. We have 3 boys. My two oldest sons married Brazilian girls, Gilly and Juliana.

Arthur and Juliana live in the Baltimore area with our new little granddaughter Victoria. She's so cute. Arthur is a computer programmer and Juliana is an employment specialist. Alex and Giselle are in San Jose, CA. Giselle is the first doctor in the family and teaches at the University of San Jose. Alex is our Sales Manager at our company in Phoenix. Our youngest, Christopher (The Foof) is disabled and is the coolest kid. He's 29 years old. Our family travels to a great many places. Foof goes with us to the Grand Cayman's several times a year and other places like Aruba, Hawaii, Indy car races, concerts, and more. He loves to visit with his brothers and hang out.

I travel to China several times a year for business and pleasure. I feel that with all the travelling we do, we know what travelers want and like. So, we have gone the extra mile to make our properties fun and unique. We print the custom artwork you find in our properties at my company in Phoenix. We have top notch beds, pillows, and bedding for the "Ultimate Sleep Experience," gym equipment, fun activities like Foosball tables, putting greens, and more!

We would like your experience to be memorable because in the end you only have great memories of your adventures. We want to be part of that.
